2.1 Information You Provide
Photos and Images: When you use the AI Sticker Creator feature, you select images from your device gallery or camera. These images are processed locally on your device using Google ML Kit. We do not upload your personal photos to our servers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device ID: A unique, randomly-generated installation ID is created and stored on your device. This ID is anonymous and does not identify you personally. It is used to personalize app settings and analytics.
Device Country or Region: We detect your device country setting to serve region-appropriate content and to comply with local regulations such as regional ad restrictions.
App Version: The current version of the App is collected to ensure you receive the correct content and configuration.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous, aggregated data about how features within the App are used, for example sticker pack creation and prompt copy counts, to improve the App performance and user experience.
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
We do not access your contacts, call logs, or messages.
We do not store your photos or images on our servers.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
To provide core app functionality such as sticker creation and sticker packs, we process images locally on your device only.
To serve relevant sticker packs and AI prompts, we use your Device Country and App Version.
To display personalized in-app settings such as ads and premium status, we use your Device ID and Device Country.
To improve app performance and features, we use anonymous usage analytics.
To serve advertisements, we use your Device ID through third-party ad SDKs.
4. Third-Party Services
Our App integrates with the following third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies.
4.1 Google ML Kit
We use Google ML Kit to perform on-device AI background removal. All image processing happens entirely on your device. No image data is sent to Google servers through our App. You can review Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy
4.2 Google AdMob

4.3 WhatsApp Sticker Integration
When you add a sticker pack to WhatsApp, the pack is transferred to the WhatsApp application on your device using WhatsApp official Sticker API. This transfer happens locally on your device. You can review WhatsApp Privacy Policy at https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy
4.4 Network API
The App communicates with our secure server to fetch sticker pack catalogs, AI prompt cards, and app configuration. This communication is done over HTTPS. We do not transmit any personal user data in these API calls. Only the anonymized Device ID, Country, and App Version are sent.
5. Image Processing and Local Storage
Images you select or capture are processed entirely on your device using ML Kit.
Extracted sticker files are saved to your device internal storage in an app-specific directory.
These files are not accessible by other apps except WhatsApp when you explicitly choose to add a pack.
You can delete any sticker pack at any time from within the App, which permanently removes all associated files from your device.
6. Data Security
All network communication between the App and our server uses HTTPS encryption.
Your images are never transmitted over the network.
Device IDs are randomly generated and contain no personal information.
We regularly review our data practices to ensure they align with industry best practices.
7. Children Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the applicable age in your region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@mestickers.app and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Data Retention
Device ID is stored locally on your device until the App is uninstalled.
Anonymous analytics data is retained indefinitely in aggregate form and is not linked to any individual user.
Deleting the App from your device removes all locally stored data, including sticker packs, device preferences, and the Device ID.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
Right to Access: Request information about what data is collected about you.
Right to Deletion: Request that your data be deleted.
Right to Opt-Out of Ads: Opt out of personalized advertising through your device advertising settings under Google Settings then Ads then Opt out of Ads Personalization.
GDPR for EU Users: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and to restrict or object to processing.
CCPA for California Users: You have the right to know what data is collected and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell data.

10. Permissions We Request
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To let you select images from your gallery for sticker creation.
CAMERA: To allow you to capture photos directly in the App.
INTERNET: To fetch sticker packs, AI prompts, and app configuration from our server.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save sticker packs to your device on Android 9 and below.
VIBRATE: For haptic feedback on interactions.
We request only the permissions necessary for the App core functionality.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
