VideyPro ("we", "us", or "our") built the Love Dice app as an ad-supported application. This SERVICE is provided by VideyPro at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Love Dice is designed with your privacy as a top priority. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect, store, or transmit your personal data (such as photos, videos, or challenge history) to our servers.
All user-generated content, including your challenge history and any attached media, is stored locally and strictly offline on your device.
However, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party advertising networks (Google AdMob) to display advertisements (for example, to unlock the "Spicy Mode"). These third-party networks may collect and use data such as advertising IDs, IP addresses, and device information to serve relevant ads.

To provide features like attaching a photo or video to your challenge collection, the app requests access to your device's Camera and Storage/Gallery.
Media Privacy: The photos and videos you capture or select are saved directly into your device's local storage. We do not have access to your media files, and they are never uploaded to the internet, cloud storage, or shared with third parties.
We do not integrate any analytics or crash reporting tools (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics) that track your usage behavior or send crash logs to our servers. Your activity inside the app remains entirely private to you.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
We value your trust in using our app. Because all your private moments, challenge histories, and media are stored locally on your phone, the security of this data relies heavily on your device's built-in security mechanisms (such as screen locks, PINs, or device encryption). Please keep your device secure to protect your local data.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
