Privacy Policy — Laundry Worker Desk

This Privacy Policy describes how the Laundry Worker Desk mobile application ("the App") handles information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
The App developer does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All data you enter into the App — including staff profiles, customer names, order details, shift schedules, and announcements — is stored exclusively on your local device using the device's built-in storage (SQLite database and local file system). This data is never sent to any server operated by the developer.
Staff photos you choose to add are saved to the App's private folder on your device and are not uploaded anywhere.
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob (a service of Google LLC). Google AdMob may collect certain device information automatically, including but not limited to:
Advertising ID (GAID)
Device type and operating system version
IP address (used to determine approximate location)
App usage data related to ad interactions
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy:

You may opt out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization (Android).
The developer does not have access to the data collected by Google AdMob.
All App data (orders, staff, shifts, announcements) is stored only on your device. The developer has no access to this data at any time.
Retention period: Your data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed, or until you manually delete individual records within the App.
Order records are kept until you delete them from the Orders screen.
Staff profiles are kept until you delete them from the Staff screen.
Shift records are kept until you delete them from the Schedule screen.
Announcements are kept until you delete them from the Announcements screen.
Backup files you create are stored in the location you choose (e.g., Google Drive) and remain there until you delete them manually.
When you uninstall the App, all locally stored App data is permanently deleted from your device by the Android operating system. Backup files you saved to external locations (such as Google Drive) are not affected by uninstalling the App and must be deleted separately by you.
You have full control over all data stored in the App:
Delete individual records: Open the relevant screen (Orders, Staff, Schedule, or Announcements), select a record, and use the delete option.
Delete all data: Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data from your device.
Delete backup files: If you exported backup ZIP files to Google Drive or another location, delete them directly from that location.

No permission is used to collect or transmit your personal data to the developer.
The App is intended for use by business owners and employees aged 18 and above. The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has used the App and provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
