This Privacy Policy explains how Airkaz Tech ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application named "بين إيديك: إدارة ديون وحسابات" (also known as "In Your Hand" or "com.inyourhand.app").

"بين إيديك: إدارة ديون وحسابات" is a mobile application developed by Airkaz Tech that helps you manage clients, orders, and payments (including reminders and reports).
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following:
Account information: Firebase Authentication details (e.g., email) used to manage your account.
Profile information: Name, phone number (optional), and avatar/character selection (stored as a profile reference).
Business data you enter:
Clients: name, phone number, notes
Orders: description, total amount, total paid, notes, created date
Payments: payment amounts and timestamps (payment history)
Crash and performance information (Crashlytics): crash reports and diagnostics used to improve stability.
Voice order feature (if you use it): your spoken audio may be processed by speech recognition and an AI service (Gemini) to extract order details.
Device and usage information (basic): technical data needed for the App to function and to provide diagnostics through Firebase services.
We use information to:
Provide the App’s core functionality (clients, orders, payments, dashboards, and reports)
Calculate totals and payment status (pending/partial/paid)
Send WhatsApp reminders when you tap the reminder button
Generate and share/print PDF reports
Improve performance and fix issues (including via crash reports)
We only share information as needed to operate the App:
Service providers: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and (if enabled) Firebase Crashlytics.
AI and speech services (for voice orders): used to process voice input and generate order details.
WhatsApp: when you tap “Send Reminder”, we open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Sending is performed by WhatsApp.
We keep your business data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we aim to delete your related data stored in Firebase services. Deletion may take some time to fully complete.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
The App is intended for small business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Depending on your location, you may have rights such as:
Accessing your data
Correcting your data
Requesting deletion of your account and related data
You can delete your account from the app (Edit Profile → Delete Account).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
