1) Overview

Invoice Ease is an iPhone app that helps you create and manage invoices and quotes/estimates and export them as PDFs. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles and your choices.

2) What data the app stores

Invoice Ease stores the information you enter so the app can function, such as:

• Business profile details (e.g., business name, address, contact info)
  
  

• Client details (e.g., name, email, address)
  
  

• Invoice/quote details (e.g., line items, tax settings, totals, due dates, statuses)
  
  

• Payment details you optionally add for your own business (e.g., bank transfer info, PayID, payment instructions)
  
  

Storage location: By default, this data is stored locally on your device.

3) Purchases and subscriptions

Invoice Ease offers subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. If you subscribe, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We may use a third-party subscription service (e.g., RevenueCat) to help manage subscription status (active/expired) inside the app. This typically involves device/app identifiers needed to validate entitlements.

4) Data we do not collect

Invoice Ease does not:

• Use notifications (no push notifications)
  
  

• Access or collect photos (no photo library access)
  
  

• Intentionally collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health data)
  
  

5) PDF export and sharing

When you export a PDF, you choose where to share or save it (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, Files, etc.). Any data you share is under your control and is handled by the destination app/service you choose.

6) Analytics and tracking

If analytics are enabled in your build, they should be limited to basic, non-sensitive usage metrics to improve reliability. Invoice Ease does not sell your personal data.

7) Data retention and deletion

Because your invoices/clients are stored locally on your device, you can delete data in-app (where available) or remove the app to delete locally stored data.

If cloud sync is added later, this policy must be updated to reflect that.

8) Children’s privacy

Invoice Ease is not intended for children under 13.

9) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The “Effective date” will be updated accordingly.
