User Content (Media): Photos and text prompts that you upload or input into the app for the purpose of generating AI images. We do not store your uploaded photos, text prompts, or generated images on our servers. B. Automatically Collected Information

Device Information: We may collect standard, anonymized device details (such as OS version) solely to ensure app compatibility and troubleshoot crashes.
We rely on specialized third-party services to operate the core features of ImagineAI. These services process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Replicate API: We securely transmit your uploaded images and text prompts directly to the Replicate API. This is our AI processing engine that generates the final image content. Your images are processed ephemerally for the generation and are not stored by us.
RevenueCat: Used for securely processing auto-renewing subscriptions, in-app purchases, and managing your premium access.
Because we do not store your data, the ephemeral information provided is strictly used in real-time to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the ImagineAI app.
Process your text prompts and media uploads through our AI engines (Replicate) to generate your requested images.
Process transactions and manage your subscriptions securely.
To provide core features, ImagineAI may request local device access to:
Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to upload your personal photos to be transformed by our AI, or to save your generated images to your device. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's settings.
ImagineAI does not retain your data. All image processing is done on the fly via the Replicate API, and the final generated images are saved locally to your device. Because there are no user accounts and no cloud storage on our end, there is no personal data to delete from our servers.
We value your trust in using our application. While we do not store your photos or personal data, we use commercially acceptable, secure transmission methods (such as HTTPS) when sending your prompts and images to our third-party APIs (Replicate). However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
ImagineAI is intended strictly for an adult audience. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
