The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with us or any third party.
All data you enter into the App — including employee names, contact information, attendance records, payroll data, and leave requests — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SQLite database). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export a backup file.
2. DATA STORAGE
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers, databases, or cloud services that receive your data. We have no access to any information you store in the App.
3. BACKUP AND EXPORT
The App provides an optional backup feature that creates a ZIP file containing your data. This backup file is saved on your device. You may choose to share this file using third-party services (such as email or cloud storage apps). We are not responsible for how those third-party services handle your data.
4. INTERNET USAGE
The App requires internet access only to display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. No personal or business data is transmitted during this process. Google's advertising services may collect device identifiers for ad personalization in accordance with Google's own Privacy Policy.
5. CAMERA AND STORAGE PERMISSIONS
The App may request access to your camera and device storage solely to allow you to add employee profile photos. Photos are stored locally on your device. We do not access or upload your photos.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App uses Google AdMob for displaying advertisements. Google may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not integrate any other third-party analytics, tracking, or data-sharing services.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by adults in a professional business context. It is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
8. DATA SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using device-level security features such as screen lock and encryption to protect your data.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
