This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Life Cards: Habit & Focus ("Application"). The Application is a combined habit tracker and focus timer designed to help users build routines through a visual card-based interface.

We believe in a privacy-first approach. The Application is designed to minimize the collection of personal data.

• Anonymous Authentication: The Application uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. We do not collect your name, personal ID numbers, or phone number. A unique, anonymous User ID is generated via Firebase to distinguish your data from others and to allow data synchronization across sessions.

• User-Generated Content (Habit Data): We store the names of your habits, categories, color preferences, and card sizes.

• Usage Logs (History): We store timestamps (start and end times) and the duration of your focus sessions to provide you with statistics, graphs, and progress tracking.

• App Settings: Local settings such as tutorial status and goals are stored to improve your user experience.

2. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using two methods to ensure both speed and reliability:

• Local Storage (SharedPreferences): Certain settings are stored locally on your device for instant access.

• Cloud Storage (Firebase): Data is synced to Google Firebase (Realtime Database and Firestore) to ensure your progress is preserved if the app is reinstalled or the device is changed.

We implement industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase to protect your information.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored as long as you use the Application. Since the account is anonymous, the data is linked to your specific installation. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so by contacting us or by clearing the app data on your device.
