This Privacy Policy describes how Gym Trainer Manager ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully.

1. OVERVIEW
Gym Trainer Manager is a fully offline application. All data you enter is stored locally on your device only. We do not operate any servers, and we do not collect, transmit, or process any personal information on our end.

2. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Any data that is transmitted to our servers (we have none)

3. DATA STORED LOCALLY ON YOUR DEVICE
All data entered into the App is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database. This includes:
- Trainer profiles (name, phone, email, photo, position, salary, notes)
- Work schedules and shift records
- Attendance records
- Gym member profiles and membership details
- Announcements
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it yourself (for example, sharing a PDF schedule or a backup file).

4. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
Trainer profile photos selected by you are stored locally on your device's internal storage. These photos are only accessed when you view a trainer's profile or include them in a backup file. We do not upload photos to any external server.

5. BACKUP FILES
The App provides a backup feature that saves all your data (including photos) into a ZIP file stored on your device. This backup file is created locally. If you choose to share the backup file via email, cloud storage, or messaging apps, you do so at your own discretion. We are not responsible for how third-party services handle shared files.

6. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING (ADMOB)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain data as described in Google's Privacy Policy, including:
- Advertising ID
- IP address
- App usage information for ad personalization

7. DATA RETENTION
All data stored in the App is retained on your device for as long as you keep the App installed, or until you manually delete it. We do not retain any data on external servers because no data is ever sent to us.
Specifically:
- Trainer data, attendance records, schedules, members, and announcements remain on your device until you delete individual records within the App or use the "Clear All Data" function in Settings.
- Backup ZIP files you create remain on your device's storage until you delete them manually.
- Uninstalling the App from your device will remove the App's local database and all associated data permanently.

8. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You have full control over your data at all times. You can delete your data in the following ways:
a) Delete individual records:
Open any trainer, schedule, member, attendance, or announcement entry and use the delete option to remove that specific record.
b) Clear all data:
Go to Settings > Clear All Data. This will permanently delete all records stored in the App's local database.
c) Delete backup files:
Backup ZIP files are saved to your device storage. You can delete them using your device's file manager app.
d) Uninstall the App:
Uninstalling the App from your Android device will remove the App and all locally stored data permanently.
There is no account to deactivate and no request to submit to us — you have direct and immediate control over all your data at all times.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by gym managers and business owners. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
