PRIVACY POLICY — GUARD FORCE CONTROL

1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Guard Force Control ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
The App allows you to enter and store the following types of information locally on your device:
- Guard profiles: names, employee IDs, phone numbers, email addresses, job positions, and photos
- Shift schedules, patrol routes, patrol logs, checkpoint records
- Shift handover records including location, equipment status, and incident notes
- Violation records including descriptions and photos
- Team announcements
2.2 Device Storage
All data you enter is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database. No data is transmitted to any external server or cloud service operated by us.
2.3 Photos
If you choose to add photos (guard profile photos, violation evidence, checkpoint photos), these photos are stored locally on your device's file system.
2.4 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain data for advertising purposes, including:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location data (country/region level)
- App usage data for ad personalization
This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Google Settings > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Data you enter into the App is used solely to:
- Display and manage security guard team information within the App
- Generate reports and PDF schedules
- Enable backup and restore functionality
We (the developer) do not access, view, collect, or transmit any data you enter into the App.
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
4.1 Where Data Is Stored
All App data (guard profiles, schedules, patrol logs, violations, announcements) is stored locally on your device in a private database. It is not uploaded to any server.
4.2 How Long Data Is Retained
Data is retained on your device for as long as:
- The App is installed on your device, AND
- You have not manually deleted the records within the App
Data is NOT automatically deleted. It remains until you take one of the actions described in Section 5 below.
4.3 Backup Files
If you use the Backup feature, a ZIP file is created and saved to your device's local storage. If you share this backup file (e.g., to Google Drive or email), the retention of that file is governed by the platform you shared it to (Google, your email provider, etc.).
5. DATA DELETION
You have full control over your data. You can delete data in the following ways:
5.1 Delete Individual Records
Within the App, you can delete any individual guard, shift, patrol log, violation, handover record, or announcement by opening the record and selecting "Delete".
5.2 Delete All Data
To delete all data stored by the App:
- Go to Settings in the App
- There is no bulk "Delete All" button; uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data including the database and any photos saved to the App's private directory.
5.3 Uninstall the App
Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete:
- The local database (all guards, schedules, patrols, violations, announcements)
- Any photos stored in the App's private storage directory
Note: Backup files you have previously shared to external services (email, Google Drive, etc.) are not deleted when you uninstall the App. You must delete those separately from those services.

6. DATA SHARING
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any data you enter into the App with any third parties, except as follows:
- Google AdMob (advertising data only, as described in Section 2.4)
- When you explicitly choose to share content (e.g., using the Share Schedule or Share Announcement features), data is shared with the app you select (LINE, WhatsApp, email, etc.) — this is entirely under your control.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by business managers and professionals. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com.
8. SECURITY
All data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security mechanisms (screen lock, encryption if enabled). We recommend keeping your device secure and using the App's backup feature to protect against data loss.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App integrates with the following third-party service:
Google AdMob
- Purpose: Display banner advertisements

- Opt-out: Device Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
10. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
