2. On‑Device Processing

Most features in GlobalMiniConverter operate entirely on your device. This includes:

PDFBox for PDF manipulation
ML Kit for English OCR
ONNX Runtime for Arabic OCR
UCrop for image cropping
Local image and file processing

No files or images are uploaded to external servers during these operations.

3. External API Usage — GotenbergService

Some advanced file conversions may require the use of GotenbergService, an external API that performs high‑quality document transformations.

What Data Is Sent to GotenbergService?

Only the file you choose to convert
No personal information
No unrelated metadata

Why We Use GotenbergService?

To provide higher‑quality PDF/Word conversions
To support formats not fully handled on‑device

How GotenbergService Handles Your Data

Files are transmitted securely via HTTPS
Files are processed only for the requested conversion
Files are deleted immediately after processing
No data is stored, logged, or shared with third parties

By using features that rely on GotenbergService, you consent to this limited and secure data transmission.

4. Data Sharing

GlobalMiniConverter does not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Data is only shared in the following cases:

With GotenbergService, strictly for file conversion
