Freight Quote ("the App") is an offline quotation tool designed for international freight forwarding professionals. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
Information Collection and Use
We collect no information
The App runs entirely offline and does not collect, store, or upload any personal information or usage data. Specifically:
No sign-up required — the App does not require an account or any personal information to use all of its features.
No network access — the App works without an internet connection and never sends data to any server.
No third-party SDKs — the App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
No ads — the App contains no advertising of any kind.
Local data storage
All data created while using the App is stored only on your device, including:
Fee templates
Quote records and calculation results
Customer information
App settings (company letterhead, default profit margin, etc.)
Generated PDF quotation files
This data is never uploaded to any server, is not accessible to the developer, and is not shared with any third party.
Data Deletion
Because all data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time:
In-app deletion — delete individual templates, quotes, or customers using the App's delete functions.
Uninstalling the App — removes all data stored by the App.
Clearing app data — via your device's application settings.
Permissions
The App requests no Android system permissions.
Importing Excel files and sharing or saving PDF quotations are performed through the Android system file picker and share sheet, where you grant access to specific files one at a time. The App cannot access any other files on your device. It requests no storage, network, location, camera, or contacts permissions.
Children's Privacy
The App is designed for business professionals (18+). It is not directed at minors and does not knowingly collect any information from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

无需注册登录：本应用不需要您创建账户或提供任何个人信息即可使用全部功能。
不联网：本应用无需网络连接即可正常运行，不会向任何服务器发送数据请求。
无第三方SDK：本应用未集成任何数据分析、广告或用户追踪SDK。
无广告：本应用不含任何形式的广告。
本地数据存储
本应用在使用过程中产生的所有数据均仅存储在您的设备本地，包括：费用模板、报价记录与计算结果、客户信息、应用设置（公司抬头、默认利润率等）、生成的PDF报价单文件。
这些数据不会被上传至任何服务器，不会被开发者访问，不会与任何第三方共享。
数据删除
所有数据均存储在您的设备本地，您可以随时删除：
在应用内删除：使用应用提供的删除功能删除特定模板、报价记录或客户信息。
卸载应用：卸载本应用将清除所有存储在设备上的数据。
清除应用数据：在设备的应用管理设置中清除本应用的数据。
权限说明
本应用不申请任何 Android 系统权限。
导入 Excel 文件与分享/保存 PDF 报价单均通过 Android 系统提供的文件选择器与分享界面完成，由您在操作时逐次授权具体文件，本应用无法访问您设备上的其他文件。本应用不申请存储、网络、位置、相机、通讯录等任何权限。
儿童隐私
本应用面向企业从业者（18 岁以上）设计，不面向未成年人，也不会故意收集未成年人的任何信息。

貨物運賃見積書（以下「本アプリ」）は、国際フォワーダー向けに設計されたオフラインの見積作成ツールです。本ポリシーは、本アプリがお客様の情報をどのように扱うかを説明するものです。
情報の収集と利用
一切の情報を収集しません
本アプリは完全にオフラインで動作し、個人情報・利用データを収集・保存・送信しません。具体的には：
登録不要 — アカウント作成や個人情報の提供なしに全機能をご利用いただけます。
通信なし — インターネット接続なしで動作し、いかなるサーバーにもデータを送信しません。
サードパーティSDKなし — 分析・広告・トラッキングのSDKは一切組み込んでいません。
広告なし — 本アプリにはいかなる形式の広告も含まれません。
端末内のデータ保存
本アプリの利用中に作成されるすべてのデータ（料金テンプレート、見積記録と計算結果、顧客情報、アプリ設定、生成されたPDF見積書ファイルなど）は、お客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。
これらのデータがサーバーにアップロードされること、開発者がアクセスすること、第三者と共有されることは一切ありません。
データの削除
すべてのデータは端末内にあるため、いつでも削除できます：
アプリ内での削除 — テンプレート・見積記録・顧客情報を個別に削除できます。
アプリのアンインストール — 保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。
アプリデータの消去 — 端末のアプリ設定から実行できます。
権限について
本アプリは Android のシステム権限を一切要求しません。
Excel ファイルの取り込みや PDF 見積書の共有・保存は、Android 標準のファイルピッカーおよび共有画面を通じて行われ、お客様がその都度個別のファイルへのアクセスを許可します。本アプリが端末内の他のファイルにアクセスすることはできません。ストレージ・ネットワーク・位置情報・カメラ・連絡先などの権限は要求しません。
お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは事業者（18歳以上）向けに設計されており、未成年者を対象としていません。未成年者の情報を故意に収集することもありません。
ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは随時更新されることがあります。更新内容は本ページに掲載し、「最終更新日」を改訂します。
