WeldPro - Welder Job Manager ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
WeldPro does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.
All data you enter — including client names, job details, expenses, invoices, and materials — is stored exclusively on your device using a local database (SQLite). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export a backup file.
The App allows you to enter and manage the following types of information locally on your device:
Client names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses
Job details, work notes, and photos
Material inventory records
Expense records and receipts
Invoice information
This information is used solely within the App to provide its features. It is not shared with the developer or any third party.
The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to attach photos to jobs, client profiles, and expense receipts. Photos are stored locally on your device only.
The App provides a backup feature that exports your data as a ZIP file to your device's local storage. You may then choose to share this file using your device's sharing options (email, cloud storage, etc.). The developer has no access to these backup files. You are solely responsible for managing and securing your backup files.
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect certain device information to serve relevant ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
The App requires internet access solely for loading advertisements (Google AdMob). All core features of the App — job management, client management, invoices, reports, and backup — function entirely offline without an internet connection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
