A. Information You Provide

• Account Information: If you choose to log in using Google Sign-In, we collect your basic profile information, including your email address, display name, and profile picture URL. This is used to create your profile and display your name on the global leaderboard.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Gameplay Data: We track your in-game progress, including your Current Level, Mind Score, Streaks, and Difficulty settings. This data is stored securely in our database (Google Firebase) so you can resume your game across multiple devices.

• Device Information: We collect basic device data (such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers) to ensure the game runs smoothly and to deliver appropriate advertisements.

• Crash & Performance Data: We use tools like Firebase Crashlytics to collect error logs and crash reports to help us fix bugs and improve the game's stability.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

Velomind uses trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services & Google Sign-In: Used for authentication and securing your account.

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Used to understand how players interact with our game so we can improve the experience.

• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements to users on the free tier. AdMob may use advertising IDs and cookies to serve personalized ads based on your interests. (Note: Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) will be asked for explicit consent before personalized ads are shown).

• RevenueCat: Used to securely process and manage in-app purchases and "Pro" subscriptions. We do not collect or store your credit card information; all payments are processed securely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Velomind game.

• To display your scores on the global leaderboard.

• To sync your progress across your devices.

• To serve relevant advertisements (for non-Pro users).

• To process your in-app purchases and unlock premium features.

• To analyze app usage and fix technical issues.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information. We use industry-standard security measures (like Firebase secure databases and encrypted connections) to protect it. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Account Deletion & Data Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

• You can unlink your account directly within the Velomind app by visiting the Settings screen and tapping Sign Out or Unlink Account.

• If you wish for us to completely delete your data from our database, please contact us.

6. Children's Privacy

Velomind does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
