Privacy Policy for Tutor Team Control

1. Introduction
Tutor Team Control ("the App") is developed and maintained by the developer reachable at laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
2. Data Collection and Storage
Tutor Team Control is an offline application. All data you enter — including teacher profiles, schedules, attendance records, leave requests, and announcements — is stored exclusively on your local device using a SQLite database. No data is transmitted to any external server or cloud service by the App itself.
The App does not require user registration, login, or an internet connection to function.
3. Teacher Photos
Photos you attach to teacher profiles are stored in the application's private storage directory on your device. They are never uploaded or shared without your explicit action (e.g., you choosing to share a file).
4. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can review Google's data practices at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Data Retention
All data stored by the App remains on your device for as long as the App is installed, or until you manually delete it. There is no automatic expiry. You are in full control of your data at all times.
6. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time in the following ways:
Delete individual records: Open the relevant screen (Teachers, Schedule, Attendance, Leave, or Announcements) and use the delete action on any record.
Delete all data at once: Uninstalling the App removes the database and all stored photos from your device permanently.
Selective deletion via backup/restore: Use the Settings → Backup & Restore feature to export a ZIP backup before deletion, then restore only the data you want to keep.

7. Data Sharing
The App does not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties. The only data sharing that occurs is when you explicitly use the in-app share features (e.g., sharing a PDF schedule or an announcement to LINE, email, or another app). In those cases, sharing is initiated entirely by you.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for use by adult tutoring center managers and staff. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device (e.g., screen lock, device encryption). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
