This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game “Truth or Dare – Neon Party Game” (“Game”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Game.
1) OVERVIEW
The Game is an offline, on-device party game. The Game is designed to work without creating accounts and without requiring you to provide personal information.
2) INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect, store, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, or photos.
2.1) Information you enter
The Game does not require account registration and does not ask you to enter personal data.
2.2) Multi-touch (finger) interaction
The Game uses multi-touch input to detect where fingers touch the screen during gameplay. This touch data is processed only in real-time to run the selection feature and is not stored, logged, or transmitted.
3) DEVICE PERMISSIONS
The Game is designed to work without requesting sensitive permissions.
Depending on your device and Android version, the Game may request basic permissions automatically required by the operating system for normal app operation. The Game does not request permissions such as Contacts, SMS, Microphone, Camera, Location, or Storage for gameplay.
If we add optional features in the future (for example, voice guidance), we will update this Privacy Policy and request only the permissions necessary for those features.
4) INTERNET / NETWORK USE
The Game works offline and does not require an internet connection for gameplay.
If, in the future, we add optional features that require internet (such as ads or analytics), we will:
- Update this Privacy Policy before enabling those features
- Disclose what data may be collected by those third parties
- Provide any required opt-outs or consent notices as per applicable laws and platform requirements
5) ADVERTISING
Currently, the Game does not show advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.
If ads are added later (e.g., Google AdMob), ad providers may collect certain device information (such as advertising ID, IP address, and basic app usage data) to show and measure ads. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide required disclosures.
6) ANALYTICS
Currently, the Game does not use analytics tools and does not track user behavior.
If analytics are added later (for example, to understand crashes or improve performance), we will update this Privacy Policy and disclose:
- What analytics provider is used
- What data is collected
- How you can manage or opt out where applicable

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data because we do not collect personal data.

The Game is intended as a party game for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us (even though the Game does not request it), please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9) DATA RETENTION
Because we do not collect or store personal information, we do not retain personal data.
Any gameplay data (like the current selected mode during a session) remains on your device and exists only to run the Game. It is not transmitted to our servers.
10) SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to keep the Game safe. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. Since the Game does not collect personal data and does not transmit data to servers, privacy risk is minimized.
11) YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, privacy laws may provide certain rights related to your personal data (access, deletion, etc.). Because we do not collect personal data, these rights typically do not apply to our Game in practice. If you still have questions, you can contact us.
