1. Introduction Rahil Islam I operates the Therapy By RI Admin mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the App, which is designed for internal staff, therapists, and administrators to manage patient bookings, assessments, and payments.
2. Information Collection and Use To provide and improve our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
Administrator/Therapist Data: We collect authentication details (such as email and phone numbers) to verify access levels (e.g., therapist vs. admin) using Firebase Authentication.
Patient Booking & Assessment Data: The App processes information entered regarding patients, including names, contact details, booking schedules, status updates, and therapy assessment notes. This data is securely stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore.
Payment Data: The App generates payment links and records transaction statuses (e.g., Paid, Pending) via Razorpay. We do not store full credit card numbers or raw banking details on our servers; transaction processing is handled securely by Razorpay.
3. Third-Party Services The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Google Play Services & Firebase: Used for app analytics, secure database hosting (Firestore), and user authentication.
Razorpay: Used for generating dynamic payment links, QR codes, and processing session fees securely.
4. Data Security We value your trust in providing us with your data. We use commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including HTTPS encryption in transit. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable.
5. Data Retention and Deletion We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the administrative services. Users with appropriate administrative rights can request the deletion of specific booking records directly within the App (which sends a deletion request to the patient). You may also contact the developer directly to request full account data deletion.
