NoteKeeper is a lightweight, offline note-taking application designed with privacy as a core principle.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell your personal information.

All of your notes remain on your own device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

We do not collect any personal information.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Phone number

• Contacts

• Microphone recordings

• Device identifiers

3. Local Storage

All notes, including:

• Note titles

• Note content

• Colors

• Categories (if applicable)

• Creation and modification dates

• App preferences

are stored locally on your device using your device's local storage.

Your data never leaves your device through NoteKeeper.

4. No Cloud Synchronization

NoteKeeper does not provide:

• Cloud backup

• Online synchronization

• Remote servers

• User accounts

• Login system

Because of this, deleting the app or clearing its storage may permanently erase your notes.

We recommend creating your own backups if needed.

5. Permissions

NoteKeeper is built using Apache Cordova and only requests permissions required for normal application functionality.

The App does not intentionally access:

• Camera

• Microphone

• Contacts

• GPS location

• SMS

• Call logs

• Calendar

• Bluetooth

• Health data

If future versions require additional permissions, they will only be requested when necessary and explained to users.

6. Third-Party Services

NoteKeeper does not use:

• Google Analytics

• Firebase Analytics

• Crash reporting services

• Advertising SDKs

• Marketing SDKs

• Tracking technologies

We do not share any information with third parties because we do not collect any user data.

7. Data Security

Since your notes are stored only on your device, their security depends on your device's security.

We recommend protecting your device using:

• PIN

• Password

• Fingerprint

• Face Unlock

• Device encryption

8. Children's Privacy

NoteKeeper is suitable for users of all ages.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 or from any other users.

9. Data Deletion

Because all data is stored locally:

• You have complete control over your notes.

• You can delete notes at any time within the app.

• Uninstalling the application or clearing its storage may permanently remove all stored notes.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document.

Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
