Software Tech Solutions Limited ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile application "Theme, Widget & Control Center" (the "App"), available on the Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Theme, Widget & Control Center.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information when you use Theme, Widget & Control Center:

- Device information (model, operating system version, unique device
identifiers, Advertising ID)
- Approximate location (Wi-Fi-based, country/region level — used to let the
Control Center toggle Wi-Fi correctly on your Android version, which
requires location permission by OS design; we do not use this to track
your movements)
- IP address
- App usage data (themes, icon packs, widgets and Control Center layouts
applied, screens visited, session duration, crashes, performance metrics)
- Network information (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection state — needed for the
Control Center's quick-toggle switches)
- Language and region settings
b) Information You Provide
- Feedback or support requests sent to us via email
c) Advertising Identifiers
- Google Advertising ID (GAID) for personalized advertising
- App Set ID for analytics and fraud prevention
d) Device Permissions
To provide its core features, the App requests: wallpaper-setting access, notification access (for the Control Center's Do Not Disturb toggle), Bluetooth state (for the Control Center's Bluetooth toggle), system-settings write access (for brightness/rotation controls), and storage access (to let you apply a photo as a wallpaper or icon). None of these are used to read, collect, or transmit the content of your files, contacts, or messages.
We do NOT collect:
- Personal names, phone numbers, or postal addresses (unless you
voluntarily provide them via support email)
- Financial or payment information (handled by Google Play)
- Health or biometric data
- Microphone audio, contacts, call logs, or SMS
- Precise GPS location
- The content of photos, files, or messages on your device
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Theme, Widget & Control Center
- Display advertisements (including personalized ads where consent is granted)
- Analyze app performance, crashes, and user behavior
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations

4. ADVERTISING AND USER CONSENT
Theme, Widget & Control Center displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalized based on your interests.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland: We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive. You may update your consent choices at any time within the App settings.
For users in California (CCPA/CPRA):
You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, contact us at the email below.
To opt out of personalized advertising globally:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (or Opt out of Ads Personalization)
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Theme, Widget & Control Center is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.
For mixed-audience contexts, we apply Google Play Families Policy requirements where applicable, including disabling personalized advertising and limiting data collection for users identified as children.
6. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers (advertising and analytics providers) listed in Section 3
