Last updated: January 2026
Privacy-First Design: LV.29 does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Your workout progress stays exclusively on your device.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how LV.29 | Push-ups Training Program ("the App") handles information. The App is developed by Francesco Sgnaolin ("Developer", "we", "us").
This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws worldwide.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
LV.29 is designed with privacy as a core principle. The Developer does not collect, process, or have access to any of the following:
Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
Account or login credentials
Location data
Device identifiers
Workout statistics or fitness data
Usage patterns or analytics
Crash reports or diagnostic data
All your workout data, progress, levels, coins, and achievements are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to any server controlled by the Developer.
3. Local Data Storage
3.1 What is stored locally
The App stores the following information locally on your device:
Push-up counts and workout history
Game progress (levels, experience points)
Virtual currency (coins) and purchased items
Unlocked backgrounds and customizations
User preferences and settings
Important: This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export it.
3.2 Data Export and Backup
The App provides a manual backup feature that allows you to:
Export your progress as a local file
Transfer your data to a new device
Restore previously saved progress
The exported file contains only your game progress and contains no personally identifiable information. You have full control over this file and where you store it.
3.3 Data Deletion
You can delete all your local data at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion or uninstalling the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
4. Proximity Sensor Usage
The App uses your device's proximity sensor to count push-ups by detecting when your face approaches the screen. This functionality:
Operates entirely on-device
Does not record or store sensor data
Does not transmit any information
Can be replaced by manual tap counting if preferred
The proximity sensor data is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after each push-up is counted.
5. Third-Party Services
While the Developer does not collect personal data, the App integrates with third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
5.1 Google Play Store
The App is distributed through Google Play Store. When you download, review, or make purchases, Google may collect information as described in their privacy policy. The Developer receives only anonymous, aggregated statistics from Google and has no access to individual user data.

5.2 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process certain information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, including:

Device information and interaction data with ads
Your choices: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or by purchasing the ad-free version of the App.

5.3 Google Play Billing (In-App Purchases)
The App offers in-app purchases to:
Remove advertisements
Unlock additional levels
Purchase virtual items and backgrounds
All payment processing is handled exclusively by Google Play. The Developer never receives, processes, or has access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing data. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.
6. Your Rights Under GDPR

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can access it anytime through the App.
Portability
Use the export function to download your data as a portable file.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since the App does not collect any personal data from users, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data by the Developer.
Parents should be aware that third-party advertising services (AdMob) may collect limited device information. We recommend parents review Google's privacy policy and use parental controls as appropriate.
8. International Data Transfers
The Developer does not transfer any personal data internationally, as no personal data is collected.
Third-party services (Google) may transfer data to servers located in the United States or other countries. These transfers are governed by Google's privacy policy and comply with applicable data protection frameworks, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
