A. Information Collected from All Users (Customers & Businesses):
Account Details: Name and Phone Number (for secure OTP authentication via Firebase).
Device Information: Device IDs and FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens to send you push notifications about order updates and messages.
App Activity: Crash logs and diagnostics to help us fix bugs and improve app performance.
B. Information Collected Specifically from Chauraha Customers:
Location & Addresses: Saved home/work delivery addresses to facilitate accurate order fulfillment.
Transaction Data: Browsing history, cart contents, and past order/appointment history.
Payment Data: Preferred payment methods (Note: We do not store sensitive credit card data directly; this is handled securely by our payment gateways).
C. Information Collected Specifically from Chauraha Business Partners:
Business Profile: Shop name, business category, operating hours, and physical store location.
Financial Data: UPI IDs and bank details solely for the purpose of transferring your earned payouts.
Media: Images uploaded for your shop storefront, product catalogs, and profile pictures.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners.
For Customers: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the specific Chauraha Business you place an order with to ensure they can fulfill your request.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it (such as secure Firebase cloud storage and encrypted databases). But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
How to delete your data: You can request account deletion directly through the "Contact Us / Grievance" section inside the app, or by emailing us at ap408980@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your account credentials, saved addresses, and personal profile data from our active databases. Also, user can directly delete their data using in app feature as well.
