Effective Date: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tervyxa (“Tervyxa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accesses, processes, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Tervyxa mobile application and its related VPN services.
By using Tervyxa, you acknowledge the information practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. VPN Service and Network Traffic
Tervyxa uses Android’s VpnService to establish a device-level VPN connection and route supported network traffic through an encrypted tunnel between your device and a VPN server endpoint.
Network traffic must be temporarily processed to transmit it through the VPN tunnel. Tervyxa does not use the content of your VPN traffic for targeted advertising.
Tervyxa is designed not to intentionally inspect or permanently store:
The content of websites you visit;
The content of communications transmitted through the VPN;
Passwords or authentication information entered on third-party services;
Complete browsing histories; or
The content of DNS requests for advertising or profiling purposes.
The VPN service does not redirect or manipulate traffic from other applications for advertising monetization.
2. Information We May Process
To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the VPN service, Tervyxa may process limited information in the following categories.

This may include:

3. Information Tervyxa Does Not Require for Core VPN Functions
Tervyxa does not require access to your contacts, SMS messages, call logs, photographs, videos, microphone, or precise device location for its core VPN functionality.
If a future version introduces a feature that requires additional personal or sensitive information, we will provide an appropriate in-app disclosure, request permission where required, and update this Privacy Policy before that feature is used.
4. How We Use Information

To provide the VPN service requested by you;
With your consent;
To comply with legal obligations;
To protect the security and integrity of Tervyxa; or
For legitimate interests such as troubleshooting, preventing abuse, and improving service reliability, provided those interests do not override your rights.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information or VPN traffic.
We may share limited information with:
Service Providers
Infrastructure hosting providers, VPN server operators, security providers, crash-reporting providers, customer-support providers, and payment processors may process information on our behalf when necessary to provide their services.
These providers are permitted to process information only for authorized purposes and are expected to apply appropriate privacy and security protections.

If Tervyxa is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection measures.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Tervyxa retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The content of VPN traffic is not intentionally retained after it has been transmitted through the VPN tunnel.
Temporary connection, security, and operational records are normally deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate abuse, resolve a technical problem, protect the service, or comply with law.
Crash reports and diagnostic information are deleted or anonymized when no longer required for troubleshooting and service improvement.
Support communications may be retained for up to 24 months after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is legally required.
Transaction records may be retained for the period required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
You may request deletion of identifiable information associated with you by contacting easymartx@gmail.com.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request. Certain information may be retained when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Request access to personal information associated with you;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of eligible information;
Object to or restrict certain processing;
Withdraw consent;

Measures intended to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should keep their devices updated and protect access to their devices.

VPN servers and service providers may operate in countries other than the country where you live. As a result, information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and limit processing to what is necessary to provide and protect the service.
