Welcome to Task Master Pro. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app. We collect minimal personal data: your optional name and profile picture (provided during setup), task titles, priorities, completion status, reminder times, focus session records, productivity statistics, and chat messages exchanged with our AI assistant. Automatically, we collect device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers), app usage data, network status, and your advertising ID (only if you consent to personalised ads). All your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) under an anonymous user ID—no email or password is required. We use your information to manage your tasks, sync data across devices, enable the focus timer, track productivity streaks, provide personalised AI chat responses, send local notifications for task reminders (only with your explicit permission), analyse usage patterns to improve performance, and display non‑intrusive interstitial ads via Google AdMob to keep the app free. We integrate with third‑party services including Firebase (for backend database, authentication, and file storage), Google AdMob (for advertising), and OpenRouter/Groq (for AI chat responses); each operates under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS, and we implement industry‑standard security measures to protect your data. You have full control over your information: you can view, edit, or delete your tasks and profile at any time within the app, and you can permanently erase all tasks, history, and chat logs using the “Factory Reset” option in Settings (your profile info is kept by default but can also be removed). Notification permissions can be enabled or disabled at any time, and you may withdraw ad consent at any time by contacting us. The app is  intended for every children , and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We may update this policy occasionally, and we will notify you of changes by posting the new version here with a revised date.
