Skender Interactive Studios ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Tap Champion app and its associated website (tap-champion-2026.web.app) as a Free-to-Play service with optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded advertisements. This policy informs users of our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
To provide a competitive, cloud-synced, and stable experience, we collect limited information:
Google Play Games Profile: We utilize Google Play Games Services for secure login. We access your display name, Avatar/Profile Image, and unique Player ID to create your profile and authenticate your cloud saves.
Leaderboard & Game Data: Your nickname, high scores, campaign progress, global raid damage, and game statistics are stored securely via Google Firebase and displayed publicly on Global Leaderboards.
Cloud Saves: Your game progress is automatically backed up to our Firebase database using a secure, user-generated 4-digit PIN system to prevent data loss.
Support & Feedback Data: If you contact us via our Support, Idea Lab, or Beta forms, we collect the email address and information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or use these emails for marketing.
Usage & Diagnostic Data: We and our third-party SDKs may collect anonymous diagnostic data (such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs) to identify bugs and maintain stability.
Tap Champion features a "Global Chat" lounge. To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment, free-text typing is strictly prohibited and technically disabled.
Players may only communicate using a curated list of pre-approved, hardcoded quick phrases.
No toxic, objectionable, or personally identifiable information can be generated or transmitted by users through the chat system.
We filter custom guest usernames locally to block standard profanity.
Tap Champion offers optional digital goods for purchase. All transactions are securely processed entirely through the Google Play Billing Library.
We do not collect, process, or store your credit card details, banking information, or physical address on our servers. We only receive an anonymous purchase token from Google to verify the transaction and deliver your in-game items.
Tap Champion incorporates optional Rewarded Video Advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Advertising in Tap Champion is 100% opt-in: players are never forced to watch ads and must explicitly tap a button to view an ad in exchange for in-game rewards (such as coins, loot boxes, or temporary boosts).
To serve ads and limit ad fraud, Google AdMob may collect and process certain data, including:
Your device's Google Advertising ID (AAID)
IP address and rough location data
Device characteristics, OS version, and performance metrics
Ad interaction and completion data
All ad integrations strictly comply with Google Play’s Families Policy and Developer Program Policies. Users can reset or opt out of personalized advertising at any time through their Android device settings (Settings $\rightarrow$ Google $\rightarrow$ Ads).
We use trusted third-party services for game functionality, infrastructure, analytics, and monetization:
Google Play Services & Billing: For app distribution, logins, achievements, updates, and secure payments.
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): For serving optional rewarded video ads.
Google Firebase / Firestore: For global data syncing, chat presence, and cloud databases.
Formspree: For securely routing user feedback and support emails from our website to our inbox.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account, leaderboard data, or support emails at any time. To request data deletion, please email us directly at SkenderGames2026@gmail.com with your exact leaderboard nickname and the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will manually remove your records from our active Firebase database within 14 days.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. We strongly advise all players, especially children, not to use their real full names, addresses, or phone numbers as their leaderboard handle. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
We utilize industry-standard security through Google’s cloud infrastructure to protect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, please remember that no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our service or the addition of new features. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
