This Privacy Policy explains how TailorDesk ("the App") handles your information. Please read it carefully.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

TailorDesk is an offline application. All data you enter — including customer names, phone numbers, addresses, order details, measurements, and financial records — is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to us.

2. DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE APP

All business data (customers, orders, measurements, finances, photos) is stored locally in a SQLite database on your device. We have no access to this data.

3. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

TailorDesk uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain information from your device to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device identifiers (Android Advertising ID)
- IP address
- General location (country/region)
- App usage information
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under their own privacy policy. You can review Google's privacy policy at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of interest-based advertising on Android, go to: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.

4. PHOTOS AND CAMERA

If you attach photos to orders, those images are saved locally on your device in the app's private storage folder. Photos are not uploaded or shared unless you explicitly use the backup feature to share a backup file.

5. DATA RETENTION

All data you enter into TailorDesk is retained on your device for as long as you use the App or until you choose to delete it. We do not have access to your data and therefore cannot set retention limits on your behalf.
Your data remains on your device until one of the following happens:
- You manually delete individual records within the App (customers, orders, measurements, transactions)
- You uninstall the App, which removes the local database and all stored data
- You perform a factory reset of your device

6. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA

You have full control over your data. You can delete your data in the following ways:
a) Delete individual records: Open the App → navigate to any customer, order, measurement, or finance record → use the Delete option within the App.
b) Delete all data: Uninstall TailorDesk from your device. This will permanently remove the local database and all photos stored by the App.
c) Request data deletion: Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, there is no data held by us to delete. If you have questions, contact us at: laptrinhungdungcoich@gmail.com

7. DATA SHARING

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as described in Section 3 (Google AdMob) for advertising purposes.
The backup feature creates a ZIP file on your device. Sharing that backup file is entirely at your discretion — we do not transmit it automatically.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

TailorDesk is intended for use by adults managing a business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on the app's store listing. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
