We operate the SwipeClean: Photo & File Cleaner mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the processing, management, and privacy of your local files when you use our App.
By installing and using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
To provide the core swipe-to-clean functionality, this App requires explicit access to your device’s file system and media libraries (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or Scoped Storage frameworks for Photos, Videos, and Audio files).
100% Local Processing: SwipeClean acts strictly as a local utility player. None of your personal photos, videos, recordings, voice notes, documents, or metadata are ever collected, monitored, cloned, or transmitted to external servers or cloud services. Your data remains entirely on your physical hardware.
To keep SwipeClean free to use, we utilize third-party mobile ad networks (such as CAS.AI / Yodo1 MAS / Google AdMob). These networks may access device identifiers (like the Google Advertising ID) solely to deliver and optimize non-intrusive or personalized advertisements.
You can manage your personalized ad tracking configurations natively at any time via your device's settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset advertising ID).
Any file that you swipe left on is flagged for deletion and completely purged from your storage disk only when you click the final confirmation command within the app UI. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by the App.
