Drivers: We collect precise location data when the app is running in the foreground or background to match rides and ensure safety.

Service Delivery: Connecting Passengers with Drivers and calculating fares.

Between Users: Passengers see Driver’s name, photo, and vehicle details. Drivers see Passenger’s name and pickup location.

We retain your information as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, we remove your personal data, except where retention is legally mandated (e.g., tax records for driver earnings).
For Drivers, Snappy collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use if the "Online" mode is active. This is necessary to offer nearby ride requests and maintain the integrity of the platform.
