utility app containing 10 phone tools including a flashlight,
compass, bubble level, speedometer, ruler, battery info,
mirror, heart rate estimator, and sound meter.

What we do with it:
The camera feed is displayed on your screen only.
It is never recorded, saved, uploaded, or transmitted.
No images or video are stored on your device or anywhere else.

🎤 MICROPHONE PERMISSION

Used by:
→ Sound Meter tool (measures ambient decibel levels)
What we do with it:
Audio is processed in real time to calculate a decibel
reading displayed on your screen.
It is never recorded, saved, uploaded, or transmitted.
No audio data leaves your device.

📍 LOCATION PERMISSION

Used by:
→ Speedometer tool (GPS speed reading only)
What we do with it:
Your GPS data is used to calculate your current speed,
max speed, average speed, and distance traveled.
It is displayed on your screen only.
Your location coordinates are never stored, logged,
shared, or transmitted anywhere.

🔦 FLASHLIGHT PERMISSION

Used by:
→ Flashlight tool (controls the camera LED flash)
What we do with it:
Simply turns the camera flash LED on and off.
No data is involved.

🌐 INTERNET PERMISSION

Used by:
→ Google AdMob (to display advertisements)
→ Network state check (to verify ad connectivity)
The internet permission is used exclusively to load
advertisements from Google AdMob. It is not used to
send any of your personal data anywhere.

4. ADVERTISING — GOOGLE ADMOB

Smart Toolkit is free and supported by advertisements
provided by Google AdMob.
Google AdMob may collect and use data to show you
relevant ads. This includes:
- Advertising ID (resettable in your phone settings)
- General device information (model, OS version)
- Approximate location (country or region level)
- Ad interaction data (whether you tapped an ad)
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us.
We do not receive or store this data.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

suitable for all ages.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information
from children under the age of 13.
Since we do not collect personal data from any user,
there is no risk of collecting data from children.

Do not use the Heart Rate tool to make any health,

9. ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

The following tools depend on your device's hardware
quality and may vary in accuracy between phone models:
- Ruler — accuracy depends on screen DPI calibration
- Bubble Level — accuracy depends on accelerometer
sensor quality
- Compass — accuracy depends on magnetometer sensor
and surrounding magnetic interference
- Speedometer — accuracy depends on GPS signal strength
- Sound Meter — accuracy depends on microphone quality
Smart Toolkit does not guarantee measurement accuracy
and these tools should not be used for professional,
legal, or safety-critical measurements.

10. YOUR RIGHTS
