Personal and Health Information (Stored Locally): To provide personalized nutrition tracking, the App asks you to input data including Body Metrics (Age, Weight, Height, Biological Sex), Lifestyle Metrics (Activity levels, Sleep patterns, Stress levels), Environmental Metrics (Climate, Sweat level, Location/City), Dietary Goals, and Meal/Hydration logs. All of this information is saved locally to your device's internal storage. We do not transmit this health profile data to external servers for our own collection.

• B. Camera and Photo Library Data: To use the App’s core "Food Scan" feature, you must grant permission to access your device’s camera or photo library. The App captures images of your food solely for the purpose of nutritional analysis.

• C. App Usage and Device Data: We may collect standard, anonymized device information via native platform services (such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs) to ensure the App functions correctly and to troubleshoot bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected exclusively to operate and improve the App. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Calculate personalized daily calorie and hydration goals.

• Analyze food images to estimate macronutrients and caloric content.

• Generate personalized AI-driven meal plans based on your location and goals.

• Provide local, proactive health coaching and insights.

• Send you local push notifications for hydration and meal reminders (if permitted by you).

3. Third-Party Services and AI Processing

To provide advanced food recognition and intelligent meal planning, Smart Calorie Tracker integrates with third-party services. By using the App, you consent to the processing of specific data by these providers:

• Google Gemini AI (Google LLC): When you scan a meal or request a meal plan, the App sends the captured image and/or your dietary parameters to Google's Gemini API for processing. • App Store Payments: If you choose to upgrade to our premium features, your payment is processed securely by your device's respective marketplace (the Apple App Store for iOS users, or Google Play for Android users). We do not collect, process, or store your financial or credit card information.

Your health and profile data is stored locally on your device using secure native device storage. We do not maintain a centralized backend server that harvests or stores your personal health profile.

• Note: Because your data is stored locally, uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data from your device settings will permanently delete your meal history, body metrics, and profile. We cannot recover this data for you.

5. Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions to function:

• Camera & Photos: Required to capture or upload images of your meals for AI analysis.

• Notifications: Required to send you local reminders for hydration and meal logging. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device's native Settings menu.

6. Children's Privacy

Smart Calorie Tracker is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age depending on your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under this age limit. If you become aware that any data has been collected from children, please contact us using the information provided below.

7. Your Data Rights and Deletion

Because your personal health profile and meal logs are stored exclusively on your device, you have total control over your data. You can delete your data at any time by:

• Deleting individual meals via the "Recent Meals" or "History" screens within the App.

• Uninstalling the Smart Calorie Tracker application from your device, which will immediately and permanently erase all local data associated with the App.
