This privacy policy applies to the Retro Neon Icon Generator app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Shivaraj0071 (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is designed to respect your privacy. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data.
All icon generation, image processing, and package analysis are performed locally on your device. The Application does not require an internet connection to function and does not communicate with external servers to process your apps' icons.
3. App Permissions
To function correctly, the Application may request the following device permissions:
Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Used strictly to discover the apps currently installed on your device so that the generator can extract their default icons and apply the Retro Neon theme to them.
Storage / Media Access: Used to temporarily save the generated icon images and assemble the final customized icon pack APK file to your local storage for installation.
These permissions are used solely for the core functionality of generating your icon pack. No data accessed through these permissions is ever transmitted off your device.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application does not utilize any third-party services, analytics tools, or advertising networks that may collect information used to identify you.
5. Children’s Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, no data from children under 13 is stored or processed.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
