Radio OnAIR Premium is a paid Android applicationsold on the Google Play Store. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads inside the app. Payment is handled only by Google Play at the time of download.

Radio OnAIR Premium lets you browse live radio stations and play internet audio streams on your device, including background playback, lock-screen / notification controls, favorites, recent stations, a sleep timer, and optional data-saving settings.
We do not create user accounts and we do not ask you to register.
3.1 Information stored only on your device
Favorite stations and recently played stations
Settings such as Wi-Fi only, mobile-data preference, low-data audio, and station-status check
A cached copy of the station list (kept locally for a limited time to open the app faster)
This data stays on your phone unless you uninstall the app or clear app storage.
3.2 Information processed to run the service
Station catalogue: the app downloads station names, languages, artwork URLs, and stream URLs from Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore so the list can be updated without releasing a new app version.
Audio streams and images: when you play a station or load artwork, your device connects directly to that station’s or image host’s servers. Those third parties may see your IP address and standard connection data. We do not control their servers.
Optional station check: if you turn on “Check station status”, the app may send a short network request to a stream URL to see whether it responds. This is off by default.
Network type: the app reads whether you are on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or offline so it can apply your streaming settings.
3.3 Information we do not collect
Name, email, phone number, or payment card details inside the app
Precise or approximate GPS location
Contacts, photos, files, or microphone recordings of you (the app plays radio; it does not record you)
Advertising identifiers for ads (this Premium app has no ads)
In-app purchase receipts (there are no in-app purchases)
The app is sold as a one-time paid download on Google Play. Google processes the payment under Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not receive your full card or Play payment details. Refunds and purchase history are managed by Google Play, not inside this app.
Depending on Android version, the app may use:
Internet / network state — load stations, artwork, and audio
Notifications and foreground service — show playback controls while the app is in the background
Wake lock / audio — keep a stream playing without interruption
The app does not require contacts, camera, microphone recording of the user, SMS, or location permission to work.
Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore — station list delivery. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.
Google Play — distribution, paid download, device compatibility, and optional crash or service reports that Android / Play may generate.
Radio stations and CDN / image hosts — independent stream and artwork providers. Their policies apply when your device connects to them.
If Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or Cloud Messaging is enabled on the published build, Google may process diagnostic or device identifiers according to their policies. This Premium edition is not used to show third-party advertisements.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share user profiles with advertisers. Data may be processed by Google as described above to operate Firebase and Play. If required by law, we may disclose information we actually hold.
Radio OnAIR Premium is a general-audience radio player. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through this app, contact us and we will delete anything we control.
On-device favorites, recents, settings, and cache remain until you clear storage or uninstall.
The station catalogue on Firebase is maintained by us to operate the service.
We do not keep a personal listening account on our servers.
We use standard platform protections (HTTPS where the station or Firebase endpoint supports it, Android app sandboxing). No method of transmission is 100% secure. Live radio URLs are provided by third parties and may vary in security.
Turn off mobile-data streaming or enable Wi-Fi only in Settings.
Leave station-status checks off to reduce extra network requests.
Clear app data or uninstall to remove local favorites and cache.
Disable notifications in Android system settings if you do not want media controls.
Firebase and Google infrastructure may process data in the United States or other countries where Google operates. By using the app you understand that station-list requests may be handled outside your country, subject to applicable law.
We may update this policy when the app or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
