Employee Identifier (EPF Number): We require your unique Employee Provident Fund (EPF) number or a similar unique employee ID to authenticate your access to the system.
Employee Name: Your name is associated with your employee identifier for clear reporting and accountability.
Operational & Performance Data:
Job and Machine Data: We collect information about the jobs (DJ Numbers) and machines assigned to you.
Production Metrics: This includes data you enter, such as material received, setup material used, production quantity, meters used, plate changes, and color changes.
Time Tracking Data: The App records timestamps when you start, hold, or finish a job to calculate total run time and downtime.
Downtime Information: Reasons for production downtime that you select or enter are collected for operational analysis.
Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Data: In cases where material usage exceeds set limits, the App collects information related to the NCR, including the issue type and description.
Communication Data: We collect notices sent by administrators and any replies you provide through the App's communication features.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information we collect is used exclusively for internal business purposes to improve manufacturing efficiency, accountability, and reporting. These purposes include:
Authentication and Security: To verify your identity and grant you secure access to your assigned tasks.
Operational Management: To track the status of production jobs, manage machine assignments, and monitor workflows in real-time.
Performance Analysis: To generate individual and team performance reports, calculate machine utilization efficiency (UEE), and analyze production patterns.
Quality Control: To document and manage non-conformance events (NCRs) and improve production quality.
Resource Management: To monitor material consumption and facilitate timely material requests.
Internal Communication: To enable seamless communication between operators, supervisors, and management regarding operational matters.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
All data collected through the App is considered confidential company information.
Internal Access: Your data is accessible to authorized personnel within the organization, such as your supervisors, team leaders, and management, for the purposes of supervision, reporting, and operational planning.
Third-Party Services: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties for marketing or advertising purposes. The App utilizes Google's Firebase platform for backend services, including database management and authentication. All data is stored securely within this platform and is subject to Google's robust security standards.
5. Data Security
We are committed to ensuring the security of your information. We implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption for information in transit and at rest. Access to the App is protected by your unique employee identifier, and access to backend systems is restricted to authorized administrators only.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the "M/C Control" mobile application (the "Service" or "App") operated by the Company. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. This App is intended solely for use by active, authorized employees of the Company.
2. Description of Service
The M/C Control App is an internal Manufacturing Execution System (MES) designed to allow machine operators to receive job assignments, track production progress, report operational data, and communicate with supervisors.
3. User Account and Responsibilities
Authentication: Your access to the App is secured through a unique employee identifier (e.g., EPF Number). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accurate Data Entry: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all data you enter into the App. This includes, but is not limited to, job statuses (start, hold, finish), production quantities, material consumption, and downtime reasons.
Accountability: All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. Falsifying or intentionally entering incorrect data is a violation of company policy and these Terms.
Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Using the App for any purpose other than its intended operational function.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to data, systems, or other user accounts.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the App or its underlying data.
Using the App's communication features for non-professional, inappropriate, or unauthorized messages.
5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Furthermore, all operational data, performance metrics, and reports generated by or entered into the App are the exclusive property of the Company.
6. Termination
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Your access to the App will be automatically terminated upon the cessation of your employment with the Company.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
