Collection of data related to in-game interactions, purchases, and actions is performed to improve the gameplay experience. This may include:
Player progress data such as level completion, item usage, in-game resource balance, purchases, and other in-game actions.
Player purchase data may be stored in Firebase Firestore to support game functionality, such as tracking in-game purchases.
Aggregated and anonymized information about interactions with game elements, such as the use of boosters or other game features.
For analytics purposes, anonymous user identifiers may be stored together with coarse location data (such as country or region), game session information, and gameplay events in Unity Analytics or other analytics and advertising services.
Level Play Mediation and partner advertising networks may collect certain device identifiers (such as IDFA for iOS and GAID for Android) and anonymized gameplay data for analytics and advertising purposes. Personalized advertising is shown only with your consent, provided via the appropriate system prompt (for example, Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) on iOS), and in accordance with age restrictions (Age Gate).
Personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, or contact information, is not collected.
However, certain technical identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and GAID on Android) may be collected for analytics and advertising purposes by third-party services. These identifiers are collected only in accordance with platform-specific rules, age restrictions, and - where required - your consent.
On iOS, this includes explicit consent via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. On Android, identifiers may be collected automatically based on platform rules; however, personalized advertising is not shown to users below the required age.
While these identifiers do not directly identify you and are never used by us to personally identify individuals, they may be considered personal data under certain privacy laws. Their collection and processing are handled by third-party services (such as Level Play Mediation by IronSource) in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection laws, using appropriate safeguards.
An anonymous user ID is generated and used solely for gameplay analytics purposes. This user ID cannot be used to identify individual players.

Third-party services are used to collect and process gameplay data and serve advertisements. These include analytical tools to track performance, Firebase Firestore for data storage, Apple’s in-game purchase system to manage transactions, and Level Play Mediation for advertising and ad analytics. These services, including Unity Analytics, IronSource Level Play Mediation, and their partners, may collect device identifiers, session information, and coarse location (country or region) for analytics and advertising purposes, but do not receive information that directly identifies you. Prices for in-game purchases may vary due to taxes or regional adjustments. The final price will be displayed before completing the purchase. In-game resources that can be purchased with real money (such as coins, gems, or other resources) are non-refundable once used.
If the game is deleted from the device or data is lost, in-game resources (consumables) are non-refundable and non-compensable.
Changes to Level Requirements or Item Unlocks
Levels or conditions for unlocking new items or features may change during game updates to improve balance and gameplay.

Any items in the game may change their characteristics, visuals, and functionality during game updates to improve balance and the overall gameplay experience.
Changes to In-Game Item Prices
Prices for items that can be purchased with in-game resources (such as coins, gems, or other resources) may change during updates or rebalancing to enhance the gameplay experience.
Purchases with In-Game Resources
Certain items or upgrades can be purchased with in-game resources, such as coins, gems, or other resources that players can earn through gameplay or buy with real money. However, once in-game resources are used to purchase items or upgrades, neither the resources nor the purchased items are refundable or restorable, including in cases of game deletion or data loss.
Retention of In-Game Resources and Progress
If the game is deleted or progress is lost due to technical issues, in-game resources and any purchases made with them will not be restored. Players should consider this before deleting the game or risking data loss.
The game may change, remove, or update any elements during updates to improve the overall gaming experience and balance.

This game is intended for users aged 13 and older, according to platform rating systems. Users under 13 are not permitted to play.
Advertising for Users Under 16
For all users under the age of 16, we instruct Level Play Mediation to treat these players as child-directed, and we disable collection of any device identifiers (IDFA/GAID). As a result, they are shown only non-personalized ads without any advertising or analytics IDs.

Enhancing the overall gaming experience and balancing the game.
Tracking purchases, the in-game economy, and other important metrics to support the game.
