LocaMute ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and discloses your information.
Location Data: LocaMute requires access to your device's location (including background location) to function properly. This data is used solely to detect when your device enters or exits user-defined geofenced areas in order to automatically toggle Do Not Disturb (DND) modes.
Local Storage: Your saved location zones and application preferences are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our external servers.
LocaMute uses third-party service providers that may collect information used to identify you:
Google Play Services: Used for location detection and map rendering.
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use anonymous data such as device identifiers and location data to display personalized or contextual ads.
To provide its core functionality, LocaMute requests the following permissions:
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: To track your geographical location.
ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: To monitor designated silence zones when the app is running in the background.
ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY: To toggle Do Not Disturb (DND) status on your device.
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: To ensure uninterrupted background service operation.
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. All configuration settings and location markers remain strictly on your local device storage.
