Phone State / Call Permission: The app may request the CALL_PHONE permission. This is strictly used to allow library administrators to directly call students regarding subscriptions or seat availability from within the app. We do not record calls or access your call logs.
Internet: The app requires an active internet connection to synchronize data with our cloud servers.
We use the collected data for various purposes:
To provide, operate, and maintain our library management service.
To manage your account, seat bookings, and subscription status.
To notify you about changes to our service, subscription expiry reminders, or overlapping slot issues.
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
To monitor the usage of the App and detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
The security of your data is important to us. We use secure, industry-standard cloud services (such as Google Firebase) to store and process your data.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App, to provide the service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used. These third parties (such as cloud hosting providers and analytics services) have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
