This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Kulact Business Keyboard (the “App”), including the companion application and the custom Android keyboard (IME).
By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and disable the Kulact keyboard and related permissions.
Many features work on your device (replies, products, notes, customer ledger, keyboard suggestions).
Some features need sensitive Android permissions (keyboard, notifications, contacts, microphone, camera for flashlight, screen capture for optional screenshots).
We design the App so chat contents and notifications are not uploaded to our own servers for advertising. Processing for auto-reply and matching is intended to happen on device, unless a third-party service you use requires otherwise (see below).
Google Play Billing handles subscription payments.
You can revoke permissions in Android Settings and uninstall the App at any time.
Quick replies, categories, tags, and match rules you create
Product catalog data and images you add

Customer / udhaar ledger entries you enter
Settings preferences (language, appearance, auto-reply options, subscription-related UI state)
This content is stored primarily in local device storage (app database / files).
Depending on features you enable, the App may access:

We do not use the keyboard to steal passwords. On secure fields (e.g. password fields), sensitive keyboard features are restricted where implemented.
If you enable Auto Reply and grant Notification access:
The App may read notification content from apps you allow (e.g. WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, and other supported apps) to match your rules and send a reply via the system Reply action when available.
This is optional, requires clear setup steps, and can be turned off.
We do not require this permission for basic keyboard use.
On-device translation may use Google ML Kit language models downloaded to your device.
Speech recognition may use Android / Google speech services. Audio is processed to convert speech to text for dictation features you start.
If you use GIF search, queries and GIF content may be handled by Giphy (or similar provider) under their terms and privacy policy.
If you use the Screenshot feature:
Android will ask for screen capture permission.
A screenshot may be saved to your device gallery and optionally shared by you.
Premium features (such as Auto Reply) may require a Google Play subscription (including a free trial configured in Google Play).
Payment details are processed by Google Play, not by us. We may receive purchase / entitlement status from Google Play Billing to unlock Premium.
We may process limited technical information needed for app stability. If we add analytics or crash reporting later, we will update this Policy.
We use information to:
Provide keyboard, quick replies, products, quotations, contacts helpers, notes, reminders, and customer ledger features
Provide optional Auto Reply according to your settings
Provide translation, voice typing, GIFs, screenshots, and utilities (torch, calculator, web search, app finder, emergency numbers)
Manage Premium entitlement via Google Play
Improve reliability and fix bugs
Comply with law and protect against abuse
We do not sell your personal data.
Where required, we process data based on:
Contract / service delivery
Consent (optional permissions)
Legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, basic functionality)
Legal obligation when required by law
We may share information only as needed with:
Google Play / Google — distribution, billing, OS services, ML Kit / speech as applicable
Giphy (or GIF provider) — if you use GIF search
Authorities when required by law
We do not share your reply library or ledger content with advertisers.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it in-app or uninstall the App.
Some shared files (e.g. screenshots in Gallery) may remain until you delete them.
Google Play retains purchase records according to Google’s policies.
Revoking permissions stops future access of that type.
The App is intended for general / business users, not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact inventionfortai@gmail.com if you believe a child has provided data.
We use reasonable measures appropriate for a device-centric app. No method is 100% secure.
Important: A custom keyboard and notification access are powerful. Only enable them if you trust this App. You can disable the Kulact keyboard and Notification access anytime in Android Settings.
You can:
Disable or switch keyboards in Android Settings
Revoke Notification access, microphone, contacts, camera, and related permissions
Turn off Auto Reply and reminders in the App
Cancel subscription in Google Play Subscriptions
Delete content in the App
Uninstall the App

Processing may involve Google infrastructure in different regions as part of OS and Play services.
Also review Google Play / Google Privacy Policy, Play Billing terms, Giphy (if used), and policies of chat apps you connect for Auto Reply.
We may update this Policy and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
