Halaxy is hosted in Australia and complies with Australian data protection requirements.
By providing your information, you consent to its storage and processing in these secure environments, which may be outside Australia.
We retain your personal and health records for a minimum of 7 years in line with Australian health record requirements, unless you request earlier deletion where legally permitted.
