Gun Simulator: Real Gun Sounds ("we," "our," or "the App") is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our application.
The App is designed as a harmless digital soundboard and weapon-armory simulator for entertainment and audio-exploration purposes. It operates 100% offline and does not collect or share any user data.
We do not collect, process, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically:
No Account Required — you never need to register, create an account, or log in.
No Personal Identifiers — we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, or home addresses.
No Location Data — we do not track or request GPS location, coarse or fine.

Gun Simulator requests only two harmless, non-sensitive Android permissions:
Vibrate (android.permission.VIBRATE) — triggers haptic kickback when pulling the trigger or cocking the slide, for realistic simulation.
Wake Lock (android.permission.WAKE_LOCK) — keeps the screen active during rapid-fire sound tests and target drills so the display doesn't turn off mid-session.
Neither permission accesses any personal or private user data.
Preferences such as weapon selection, skins, sound volume, haptic toggles, and target-drill high scores are saved locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This information never leaves your device and is automatically removed if you uninstall the App.
Zero Tracking SDKs — we do not use any third-party tracking frameworks, behavioral telemetry, or analytics services (such as Firebase Analytics or Flurry).
No Advertising SDKs — the App does not embed ad networks or behavioral-targeting tools.
No Profiling — we do not track users across other apps or websites.

Because no personal data or identifiers are collected, we do not collect any information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety requirements: because Gun Simulator: Real Gun Sounds does not collect or store user accounts, identities, or personal data on remote servers, there is no personal data to delete. To erase local app preferences (such as target scores), simply clear app data from your device's Settings → Apps → Gun Simulator → Storage, or uninstall the App.
Gun Simulator: Real Gun Sounds is strictly a digital audio soundboard and simulation experience. It does not sell, promote, or encourage firearms, ammunition, weapons, or violence. All visual animations and audio effects are harmless digital simulations intended for gaming and sound-design enthusiasts.
