Genzyhub ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application, Genzyhub (the "App").
By installing and using this App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access or use the application.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To provide a seamless grocery shopping and hyper-local discovery experience, we collect certain user information, which falls into the following categories:
Account & Profile Information: When you create an account, we collect personal data such as your name, email address, phone number, and account login credentials.
Location Data (Precise & Coarse): With your explicit permission, the App accesses your device’s GPS location to enable neighborhood store searches, sort nearby grocery outlets, and ensure accurate doorstep delivery tracking.
Transaction & Purchase History: We maintain records of your grocery orders, item selections (beverages, personal care, household, snacks, etc.), delivery status logs, and general purchase history.
Referral Program Data: When you participate in our "Refer and Earn" network, we track unique referral tokens linked to your account to distribute rewards fairly.
Device & Usage Information: We may collect standard diagnostic data, crash reports, device model details, and app interaction analytics to optimize app performance.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We process user data solely to fulfill our core services and maintain app integrity:
To process and fulfill your grocery orders and maintain a historical "My Orders" screen.
To use hyper-local geofencing to show you stores and delivery routes available within your immediate vicinity.
To facilitate tracking from confirmation to your physical doorstep.
To manage the referral reward balances safely.
To provide essential customer service and process technical troubleshooting logs.
3. THIRD-PARTY DATA SHARING
We only share data with trusted third parties that follow strict privacy standards matching our own. Your information is shared exclusively with:
Local Store Vendors & Delivery Agents: To pick, pack, and transport your purchased grocery items straight to your address.
Payment Processors: To securely handle transactions via encrypted financial rails. Note: Genzyhub does not store or see your raw credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data brokers or behavioral advertising networks.
4. DATA RETENTION, CONSENT REVOCATION, & ACCOUNT DELETION
Data Minimization & Retention: We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary to provide shopping utility and meet localized business tax reporting mandates.
Revoking Permissions: You can revoke access to location tracking services or push notifications at any moment via your iOS native system settings.
Account & Data Deletion: In strict compliance with global privacy regulations and App Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete removal of your personal profile. You can tap the "Delete Account" option directly within the settings menu of the Genzyhub app, which will permanently clear your profile data, contact details, and history from our active databases.
