## 1. Introduction
Welcome to **Force 5G Only** ("we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles device permissions, telephony metrics, diagnostic data, and third-party advertising or analytics services in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection laws.
By using Force 5G Only, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

## 2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
### A. Device & Telephony Information (Processed Strictly On-Device)
To provide real-time cellular telemetry, network band identification, and dual SIM diagnostics, the app requests the following Android permissions:
- **`READ_PHONE_STATE`**: Used to identify carrier names, multi-SIM / dual-SIM states, network generation (5G NR / 4G LTE), and SIM operational status.
- **`ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION` & `ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION`**: Required by Android's `TelephonyManager` framework to read cellular tower metrics (Cell ID, TAC/LAC, PCI, ARFCN) and signal strength (RSRP, RSRQ, RSSI, SINR).
> **Note:** We do **not** track, record, store, or transmit your physical GPS location to any remote servers. This permission is strictly utilized on-device because the Android operating system classifies cellular tower identifiers as location-derived data.
### B. Network & Foreground Service
- **`ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE` & `ACCESS_WIFI_STATE`**: Used to verify internet connectivity, Wi-Fi status, and route diagnostic latency requests.
- **`INTERNET`**: Used to execute ping/latency benchmark tests and load third-party advertisements and crash analytics.
- **`FOREGROUND_SERVICE` & `FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE`**: Utilized by the Ping Stabilizer service to keep a lightweight network socket active and minimize latency jitter during real-time gaming or browsing sessions.

## 3. Third-Party Services & SDKs
Force 5G Only integrates trusted third-party service providers that may collect anonymized device identifiers, IP addresses, and diagnostic data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
1. **Google Play Services**
- Used for core Android runtime components and platform integration.
- [Google Play Services Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)
2. **Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)**
- Used to display Banner, App Open, and Rewarded Interstitial advertisements to keep the app free.
- May collect advertising IDs (GAID), device specifications, coarse location for non-personalized or personalized ads, and interaction telemetry.
- [Google AdMob Privacy Policy](https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543?hl=en)
3. **Google Firebase Analytics**
- Collects aggregated and pseudonymized app usage data (screen navigation, feature clicks, crash logs) to help us improve performance and stability.
- [Firebase Privacy Policy](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy)
---
## 4. Data Retention and Deletion
- **Local Telephony & Signal Data:** All signal strength readings, SIM details, and network metrics are rendered in volatile memory (RAM) or stored locally in your device's private SQLite database (e.g., speed test history). You can clear this data at any time by clearing the application's storage in Android Settings.
- **Remote Data:** We do not operate proprietary cloud databases storing user accounts or personal profiles. Third-party advertising and analytics data are retained according to Google's standard data retention schedules.
---
## 5. Children's Privacy
Our application is not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate measures.
---
## 6. Security
We prioritize safeguarding your trust and device integrity. All external communications with Google services and latency benchmark servers are executed over secure encrypted protocols (HTTPS / TLS).
---
## 7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify users of any modifications by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
