Elevator Log – Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Android game Elevator Log, developed by Publicvoid (Indonesia), handles information. Elevator Log is a single-player game.
1. Information we do not collect
Elevator Log has no account, no sign-in, and no developer server. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, or location. We do not receive your game progress.
2. Information stored on your device
Your progress (day reached, coins, upgrades, story log), your settings (Music, Sound, Vibration), and whether you own "Remove ads" are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. We cannot see this data. It is deleted when you use Settings > Reset progress or uninstall the app.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob:
- occasional full-screen ads between in-game days, and
- an optional rewarded ad you can choose to watch to double the coins you just earned.
To deliver and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process information such as your advertising ID, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app information, and ad interactions. We do not receive this data. Google's processing is governed by its policies:

4. Consent and your ad choices
Where required by law (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and some US states), the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy options. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads). If you do not consent to personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads.
5. Purchases ("Remove ads")
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase handled by Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment; we never see or store your payment details. The app only checks whether you own the purchase, so it can hide full-screen ads and restore the purchase on a new device (Settings > Restore purchases). The optional rewarded ad remains available because you choose to watch it.
6. What the developer can see
We do not receive personal data from the app. As the publisher, we can see only aggregated reports from Google (such as total ad impressions, earnings, and sales by country), which are not linked to any individual.
7. Children
Elevator Log is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security and retention
We hold no personal data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain. Data on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox. Data collected by Google for advertising and payments is retained under Google's own policies.
9. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For data handled by Google, use your Google account privacy controls: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
