Welcome to Element Masters. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we handle your data when you use our mobile application, including our local offline gameplay and our online multiplayer services.
To facilitate multiplayer functionality, public leaderboards, and monetization, we interact with data in the following ways:
Public Gameplay Data: When using online features, the application processes your custom public display name (alias), player score/points, match statistics, and tier level. This data is necessary to maintain the competitive global leaderboard and display lobby settings.
Device and Network Information: The app processes basic network connectivity statuses to establish real-time matchmaking, secure peer-to-peer or server synchronization, and maintain stable game state connections.
No Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect, request, or store sensitive real-world identities, contact lists, or precise GPS location data.
Element Masters offers both local and connected game modes:
Local Battle Lobby: When playing local modes (Human vs AI, Mixed Coop, or All AI Sim), all gameplay configurations, custom spell loadouts, and rules are processed locally on your device.
Online Battle Portal: When participating in online modes (1v1 Duels or Full Lobbies), minimal real-time synchronization data is processed to match you with opponents and securely update public leaderboard standings.
Our game uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded ad sponsors that award in-game coins. To serve and validate these ads, Google AdMob may collect and transmit certain encrypted data off the device, including:
Approximate Location: General location derived from your IP address for regional ad delivery.
Device Identifiers: Such as the Google Advertising ID (AAID) for ad personalization, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.
App Interactions: Diagnostics regarding ad views, clicks, and rewarded video completions.
Our game is designed to be suitable for all audiences.
Because we only process public gameplay aliases and scores for online matchmaking without collecting real-world personal identities, there are no structural privacy risks for children.
Third-party ad networks are explicitly configured to comply with children's digital privacy regulations, serving age-appropriate contextual ads where applicable.
Local Data: You retain full control over your local settings and local progress data, which can be cleared at any time by wiping the application cache or uninstalling the app from your device.
Online Data: Public leaderboard data consists strictly of non-identifiable usernames and associated score values. If you wish to request the removal or resetting of a public leaderboard entry associated with your app instance, you can contact us directly.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to align with new features or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy page.

This privacy policy is structured to comply with:
Google Play Developer Program Policies (including User Data and Financial Instruments policies)
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols for data transmitted in transit during online matchmaking and third-party ad requests. While local data resides safely on your operating system, online database elements are restricted solely to essential public matchmaking parameters to eliminate data leak vectors by design.
