We may collect only the mobile number, telecom operator, and selected plan details that you manually enter into the App to generate a payment request.
No Account Creation
We do not require account registration. You are not required to provide your name, email address, or personal identity information to use the core functionality of the App.
2. How We Use Information
The information you provide is used only for:
Generating a payment request based on the mobile number, operator, and selected plan.
Displaying relevant telecom plans and improving app functionality.
Maintaining proper operation of app services.
3. Payment Processing & UPI
EazyPaisa Recharge does not process, store, or handle sensitive financial information.
When you choose to proceed with a payment, the App may redirect you to supported payment applications (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or other compatible payment apps) using standard payment links.
All payment processing, authentication, and transaction security are handled entirely by your selected payment provider. We do not have access to your bank account information, payment PIN, or transaction credentials.
Please note: Completion of payment does not guarantee telecom service activation, as fulfillment may depend on external providers, operators, or third-party systems.
4. Third-Party Services (Firebase)
We use Google Firebase Realtime Database to support app functionality, including configuration management, maintenance updates, and operational information.
Firebase may collect limited technical information such as:
Device model
Operating system version
App performance metrics
Crash reports
This helps us improve stability and performance.
