Privacy Policy for E-Printing CMS

E-Printing CMS is an Android application designed to help printing-shop owners manage their products, customers, printing orders, pricing, and other business information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use E-Printing CMS, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information handled by the app
Information entered by users
Depending on how the app is used, users may enter information such as:
Business name and business information
Customer names and contact information
Printing order details
Product names, prices, quantities, and payment records
Notes relating to customers or orders
Images, artwork, documents, or printing files
In E-Printing CMS the information is locally on the user’s device. The developer does not receive, access, upload, or store this information on an external server
Advertising and device information
E-Printing CMS uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including App Open Ads.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information such as:
IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address
Device and advertising identifiers
App launches, taps, ad views, and other app interactions
Diagnostic and performance information
Device and operating-system information
This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Google handles this information according to its own privacy policy and advertising policies.
2. How information is used
Information handled through E-Printing CMS may be used to:
Provide the app’s printing-shop management features
Save and manage customers, products, orders, and pricing
Maintain and improve app performance
Display and measure advertisements
Detect technical problems, abuse, or fraudulent activity
Respond to support requests
Comply with applicable legal requirements
3. Information sharing
The developer does not sell users’ personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers used by the app, including:
Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention

These third-party services have their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.

4. Local storage and retention
Information stored locally remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the application’s data, or uninstalls the application.
When information is stored on an external server, it is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the app’s services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
5. Data deletion
Users may delete locally stored customers, products, orders, and other records using the available features inside E-Printing CMS.
Users may also clear the app’s storage through their Android device settings or uninstall the application.
And Developers does have any access or store data of the users.
6. App permissions
E-Printing CMS may request permissions necessary for its features, such as:
Internet access for advertisements and online services
Notifications for app alerts
Camera or photo access for product images or printing files
File access for importing, viewing, saving, or exporting documents
The app only uses granted permissions for the functions described to the user.
Remove any permission from this list that your app does not request.
7. Advertising consent and privacy choices
Depending on the user’s location, E-Printing CMS may display a consent or privacy message before requesting advertisements.
Users may be offered choices relating to personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, or the processing of their information. Advertising preferences may also be managed through the user’s Google account or Android device settings.
Google AdMob provides privacy and consent tools for regulations such as the GDPR and applicable United States state privacy laws.
8. Children’s privacy
E-Printing CMS is intended for printing-shop owners and business users. It is not designed for or directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.
The developer does not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
9. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information handled by the app.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, passwords, backups, and locally stored business records.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app’s features, third-party services, or legal requirements change.
The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
