This Privacy Policy describes how DecorDesk ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application.

1. OVERVIEW
DecorDesk is designed as a fully offline application. The app does not require an internet connection to function, does not require user registration, and does not transmit your personal or business data to any external server operated by us.

2. DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW IT IS STORED
All data you enter into DecorDesk — including client names, contact information, project details, photos, expenses, invoices, and materials — is stored exclusively on your local device using a SQLite database and your device's internal storage. No data is uploaded to our servers.
We do not collect, store, or process any of your data on external servers.
Photos you add to projects are copied and stored in the app's private storage directory on your device.

3. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL:
• All data is stored locally on your device only.
• You can delete individual records (clients, projects, expenses, invoices, materials) at any time from within the app using the delete function on each screen.
• You can delete all app data at once by uninstalling the application from your device. Uninstalling the app will permanently remove all locally stored data, including the database and all photos stored by the app.
• The app does not retain any copies of your data outside your device. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.
• There is no minimum or maximum data retention period imposed by us — your data persists on your device for as long as you choose to keep it and is removed immediately and permanently when you uninstall the app or manually delete records.
If you use the Backup feature, a ZIP file containing your data is saved to a location you choose on your device or shared via apps you select (such as email or cloud storage). We have no access to those backup files.

4. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
When you add photos to a project, the app uses the device camera or accesses your photo gallery. The photos you select are copied to the app's private storage directory. These photos are stored locally and are only used within the app. They are not transmitted to any external service by us.

5. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
DecorDesk displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect certain non-personal, aggregated device information such as:
• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
• Device type and operating system version
• IP address (used for approximate location/region)
• Ad interaction data
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. We do not receive or store this information. Google's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of personalized advertising, you can adjust your device's advertising settings under Settings > Privacy > Ads on your Android device.

6. PERMISSIONS
The app may request the following device permissions:
• CAMERA: To allow you to take photos directly from the app.
• INTERNET: Required by the Google AdMob SDK for displaying advertisements.
These permissions are used solely for the features described above and are not used to collect or transmit your personal data.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
DecorDesk is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app is intended for professional use by adults.

10. YOUR RIGHTS
Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it:
• Right to Access: You can view all your data at any time within the app.
• Right to Deletion: You can delete individual records within the app, or delete all data by uninstalling the app.
• Right to Portability: You can export all your data using the Backup feature in Settings.
• Right to Correction: You can edit any record within the app at any time.
We do not hold any of your personal data on external systems, so no formal data deletion request to us is necessary.
