PRIVACY POLICY FOR DECIBEL METER

Effective Date: October 10, 2026
Last Updated: October 10, 2026

DIGITAL FL TORIQUL LLC (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Decibel Meter mobile application (“App”) accesses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the App, including its optional Lifetime Pro In-App Purchase.

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Decibel Meter, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Decibel Meter is designed with privacy in mind.

• Sound is analyzed directly on your device.
• Microphone audio recordings are not saved by the App.
• Microphone audio is not uploaded to our servers.
• Measurement history is stored locally on your device.
• The App does not require a user account.
• The App does not contain third-party advertising.
• The App does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
• The App does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• The App does not sell or rent personal information.
• Apple processes Lifetime Pro purchases through the App Store.

Decibel Meter requests permission to access your device microphone so that it can estimate environmental sound levels.

While a measurement is active, microphone input is processed in real time on your device to calculate information such as:

• Current estimated decibel level;
• Minimum sound level;
• Average sound level;
• Peak sound level;
• Live waveform information;
• Measurement duration;
• Selected frequency-weighting mode.

The App is designed not to create, retain, or upload a playable audio recording of your surroundings.

Microphone input is used only to perform the requested measurement. It is not transmitted to DIGITAL FL TORIQUL LLC.

You may deny or revoke microphone permission through iOS Settings. Live sound-measurement features will not function without microphone access.

When you save a measurement session, the App may store the following information locally on your device:

• Date and time of the session;
• Session duration;
• Minimum estimated sound level;
• Average estimated sound level;
• Peak estimated sound level;
• Selected frequency-weighting mode;
• Locally generated session identifier.

This information is used to display measurement history, statistics, and insights inside the App.

The current version of the App does not transmit saved measurement history to the Developer.

The App may store operational preferences locally, including:

• Calibration offset;
• Selected frequency-weighting mode;
• Loud-noise alert preference;
• Alert threshold;
• Haptic-notification preference;
• Saved measurement sessions;
• Premium entitlement status supplied by Apple.

These settings are used to provide and remember your selected App experience.

The current version of Decibel Meter does not independently collect or transmit:

• Your name;
• Email address;
• Postal address;
• Telephone number;
• Contacts;
• Photos or videos;
• Precise or approximate location;
• Playable microphone recordings;
• Health or medical records;
• Advertising identifiers;
• Browsing history;
• Search history;
• Messages;
• Passwords;
• Full payment-card details;
• Measurement history for advertising;
• Data for cross-app or cross-website tracking.

The App does not use your information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or data-broker activities.

Information you voluntarily send to us through email, telephone, or another support channel may be processed to respond to your request.

Saved sessions and App preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage.

We do not currently operate a Developer-controlled cloud account or server for measurement history.

You may remove individual saved sessions using the controls available on the History page.

You may remove the App’s locally stored information by deleting the App from your device, subject to normal iOS backup and restoration behavior controlled by Apple.

Deleting the App does not delete purchase and transaction records maintained by Apple.

Decibel Meter offers an optional non-consumable In-App Purchase called “Lifetime Pro.”

Product Name:
Lifetime Pro

Product ID:
lifetime.pro

Purchase Type:
Non-consumable, one-time In-App Purchase

Lifetime Pro is not an auto-renewing subscription and does not create recurring subscription charges.

Subject to the features shown in the App at the time of purchase, Lifetime Pro may unlock:

• Unlimited measurement history;
• Advanced sound insights and trends;
• Additional frequency-weighting functionality;
• Precision calibration controls;
• Expanded premium measurement features;
• Other premium functionality identified on the purchase page.

At the time of publication, the intended United States storefront price for Lifetime Pro is USD $29.99.

The actual price and currency are retrieved directly from Apple through StoreKit.

Localized prices may vary by country or region because of:

• Local currency;
• Applicable taxes;
• Foreign-exchange considerations;
• Apple price tiers;
• Regional storefront policies.

The price displayed by Apple immediately before purchase confirmation is the final applicable price.

The Developer does not independently calculate exchange rates or collect payment-card information.

Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account.

Apple may process information such as:

• Apple Account and storefront;
• Selected payment method;
• Purchase authorization;
• Product identifier;
• Transaction identifier;
• Purchase date;
• Purchase status;
• Refund or revocation status;
• Family Sharing eligibility;
• Tax and billing information;
• Country, region, and currency.

This information is handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

The Developer does not receive your:

• Full payment-card number;
• Apple Account password;
• Face ID information;
• Touch ID information;
• Device passcode;
• Complete Apple billing information.

Through StoreKit, the App receives only the product and transaction information required to:

• Retrieve Apple’s localized price and currency;
• Initiate the purchase;
• Verify whether the transaction is valid;
• Unlock Lifetime Pro;
• Restore a previous purchase;
• Identify a refund, revocation, or entitlement change.

The current version does not transmit StoreKit transaction information to a Developer-operated server.

When the App opens, it may contact Apple through StoreKit to retrieve information for the Lifetime Pro product.

If product information is temporarily unavailable, the App may automatically retry the request until Apple returns the product and its localized price.

These requests are made to Apple’s App Store services. The Developer does not use these requests to create a user profile or track your activity across other apps or websites.

The Restore Purchases feature asks Apple to check eligible transactions associated with your Apple Account.

The App receives the entitlement status needed to restore Lifetime Pro but does not receive your complete Apple Account credentials or payment information.

Purchase restoration is subject to:

• Apple’s transaction records;
• Your Apple Account status;
• Product availability;
• Storefront availability;
• Family Sharing configuration;
• Applicable App Store policies.

Refund requests are processed by Apple according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

If Apple refunds, reverses, or revokes a Lifetime Pro transaction, StoreKit may notify the App that the premium entitlement is no longer active. The App may then remove access to Lifetime Pro features.

The Developer cannot directly access your payment method, issue an App Store refund, or override Apple’s refund decision.

Lifetime Pro may be shared through Apple Family Sharing only if:

• Family Sharing is enabled for the product;
• Apple supports sharing for the applicable transaction;
• The purchaser’s account and family group are eligible;
• The feature is supported in the applicable country or region.

Apple controls Family Sharing relationships and eligibility.

The Developer does not receive personal details about your family members through Family Sharing.

The App uses Apple services including:

• StoreKit for product information and In-App Purchases;
• Apple transaction and entitlement verification;
• iOS microphone permission services;
• Apple-provided system storage;
• App Store distribution and updates.

Apple may independently process purchase information, App Store activity, diagnostics, account information, or device information according to Apple’s policies and your device settings.

Apple’s Privacy Policy is available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

The current version of Decibel Meter:

• Does not include third-party advertising SDKs;
• Does not include third-party analytics SDKs;
• Does not request App Tracking Transparency permission;
• Does not use the advertising identifier for tracking;
• Does not create advertising profiles;
• Does not sell or rent personal information;
• Does not share microphone audio with advertisers;
• Does not share measurement history with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

If these practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated. Consent will be requested where required by law.

Information processed locally by the App is used to:

• Provide live sound-level measurements;
• Display minimum, average, and peak readings;
• Generate live waveform information;
• Save measurement sessions at your request;
• Display history and insights;
• Apply calibration and weighting preferences;
• Provide optional loud-noise alerts;
• Provide haptic feedback;
• Retrieve localized In-App Purchase pricing;
• Verify and restore Lifetime Pro;
• Maintain App security and functionality;
• Respond to support communications initiated by you.

We do not use locally stored measurement information for advertising or external profiling.

We do not share locally stored microphone measurements, saved sessions, or App preferences with advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

Information may be processed or disclosed only:

• By Apple when necessary to provide App Store, StoreKit, payment, refund, entitlement, Family Sharing, security, or platform services;
• When required by applicable law, legal process, court order, or lawful government request;
• When reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, maintain security, or enforce legal rights;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of the App, subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections;
• When you voluntarily provide information through a support request.

Because measurement history is not transmitted to us, we generally cannot access, retrieve, or disclose it.

Microphone input is processed during an active measurement and is not retained by the App as a playable audio recording.

Saved sessions remain locally on your device until:

• You delete an individual session;
• You delete the App;
• iOS removes or resets the App’s data;
• You restore your device or the App from a backup containing that information.

Support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.

Apple retains transaction and purchase information according to Apple’s own legal, financial, security, and account-retention requirements.

The App uses the privacy and security protections available through iOS and StoreKit.

Because saved measurement data remains locally on your device, you should protect your device using:

• A secure device passcode;
• Face ID or Touch ID;
• Current operating-system updates;
• Secure Apple Account credentials;
• Appropriate backup settings.

No electronic system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but the App is designed to minimize collection and external transmission of information.

You may:

• Allow or deny microphone permission;
• Revoke microphone access through iOS Settings;
• Stop an active measurement;
• Choose whether to save a session;
• Delete individual saved sessions;
• Delete the App to remove locally stored data;
• Manage App Store purchase settings through your Apple Account;
• Use Restore Purchases;
• Request an eligible refund directly from Apple;
• Restrict In-App Purchases through Apple parental controls;
• Contact us regarding privacy questions or requests.

Because the Developer does not operate App user accounts or receive your locally stored measurement history, we generally cannot remotely access, export, modify, or delete that information.

Decibel Meter is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

The App does not require a user account and does not independently transmit microphone recordings or saved measurement history to the Developer.

Parents and guardians should manage:

• Microphone permission;
• In-App Purchase restrictions;
• Ask to Buy;
• Screen Time;
• Family Sharing;
• Device access.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to the Developer through a support communication, contact us so that we can review and delete it where required.

The Developer does not sell personal information.

The Developer does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Because the current App does not operate user accounts or collect measurement history on Developer servers, the Developer generally does not possess App measurement information that could be remotely accessed or deleted.

California residents may contact us regarding rights available under applicable California privacy law.

Where applicable, local on-device processing is performed to provide functionality requested by you.

StoreKit purchase processing is performed by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms and privacy responsibilities.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to:

• Access;
• Correction;
• Deletion;
• Restriction;
• Objection;
• Data portability;
• Withdrawal of consent;
• Complaints to a supervisory authority.

These rights apply only to personal information actually processed by the party receiving the request.

The App may be available in multiple countries and regions.

Local measurement information remains on your device unless processed through an Apple-controlled service.

Apple may process App Store and transaction information through its global operations, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable legal safeguards.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits mandatory privacy or consumer rights available under applicable law.

DIGITAL FL TORIQUL LLC does not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

The App does not contain a mechanism for selling microphone measurements, saved session history, or advertising identifiers because the current version does not collect this information on Developer-controlled systems.

The App may contain links to Apple legal documents, privacy information, support resources, or other external websites.

External websites and services operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party services.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:

• Changes to App functionality;
• Changes to privacy practices;
• New legal or regulatory requirements;
• Changes to Apple services;
• New privacy choices;
• Security or operational improvements.

The updated policy will display a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
