Courierly is provided by Jiandong Liu. Courierly helps users connect to and manage their Resend account from a mobile device, including viewing email status, domains, received emails, webhooks, API permissions, and performing actions such as sending emails, resending emails, canceling scheduled sends, and managing webhooks.
Courierly does not require a Courierly account. Courierly does not upload your Resend API token, email content, or Resend account data to Courierly-owned servers.
To provide its features, Courierly may store the following information locally on your device:
Resend API token
API endpoint, defaulting to https://api.resend.com
Theme, language, selected project, and other app preferences
Authentication state and necessary local cached data
When you connect Courierly to Resend, the app sends requests directly from your device to the Resend API or to a compatible API endpoint that you configure. Courierly may display or operate on the following Resend account data:
Sent email records, received emails, email details, request data, and response data
Domains, DNS records, and verification status
Webhooks, endpoints, event types, status, and signing secrets
API key metadata and permission scopes
Contacts, audiences, broadcasts, and related Resend resources
Email content you actively provide, such as sender, recipients, subject, body, tags, and attachments
Courierly uses this information only to:
Verify whether your Resend API token is valid
Display your Resend emails, domains, webhooks, and related status
Perform actions that you explicitly trigger, such as sending emails, resending emails, canceling scheduled sends, creating webhooks, or deleting webhooks
Save local preferences and improve the app experience
Show API errors and operation results based on your Resend permissions
On iOS, your API token is stored in the system Keychain when available. If Keychain storage fails, Courierly may fall back to local UserDefaults storage.
On Android, your API token, API endpoint, and preferences are stored locally using DataStore.
You can clear the locally stored API token and endpoint by using the app’s disconnect or sign-out action. Uninstalling the app usually removes local app data, depending on your operating system and backup settings.
Courierly connects to the following services based on your configuration:
Resend API, to read and manage your Resend account resources
A custom API endpoint, if you configure a compatible proxy or test endpoint
Courierly currently does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or Courierly-owned cloud sync services. If these capabilities are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
On Android, Courierly uses internet access permission to connect to the Resend API or your configured API endpoint.
On iOS, Courierly currently does not request access to sensitive system permissions such as camera, photos, location, contacts, or microphone.
If future features require permissions such as push notifications or file selection, Courierly will request permission through the operating system and explain the purpose.
Courierly does not sell, rent, or share your data.
Courierly does not send your Resend API token to Courierly-owned servers. Requests initiated by the app are sent directly to Resend or to the API endpoint you configure.
Locally stored data remains on your device until you clear it, sign out, or uninstall the app.
Data stored in your Resend account, such as emails, domains, webhooks, contacts, and related resources, is processed and retained by Resend according to Resend’s own terms and privacy policy. Courierly cannot independently delete data stored on Resend’s servers, but you may manage that data through the Resend dashboard or Resend API.
Courierly uses platform-provided local storage mechanisms where available to help protect your API token. However, no local storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, operating system account, and Resend API token.
We recommend creating a least-privilege Resend API key for use with Courierly and granting only the permissions needed for the features you use.
Courierly is intended for developers, operators, and business users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when required by law. Updated versions may be made available in the app, on our website, or through the app store listing.
