ClipGrab ("the App") is a utility application that helps users save and download publicly available video content for offline personal viewing. 2. What ClipGrab Does

ClipGrab is designed to:

• Allow you to download publicly available videos from supported platforms

• Save downloaded content locally to your device for offline viewing

• Provide a simple interface for managing your downloaded media

Important: ClipGrab only processes publicly accessible content that you can already view in your web browser. The App does not:

• Access private accounts or restricted content

• Bypass platform security or authentication systems

• Circumvent paywalls or access age-restricted content

• Download content from private profiles or restricted accounts

3. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

• URLs: When you provide a link to download content, ClipGrab processes that URL locally on your device to extract media information needed for download.

• Device Storage: Downloaded files are saved only to your device's local storage. You have full control over these files.

B. Information Collected by Third Parties (Advertising)

To provide ClipGrab free of charge, we use CAS AI (Clever Ads Solutions), a third-party advertising mediation platform. CAS AI and its advertising partners may collect:

• Device Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (AAID) for ad measurement and frequency capping

• Technical Information: Device type, operating system version, app version

• General Location: Country and city-level location (not precise GPS)

• Usage Statistics: Interaction with advertisements and general app usage patterns

We do not: Store, log, or associate this data with your name, email, phone number, or other personally identifiable information.

4. How We Use Information

• Service Delivery: To download and store media files on your device

• Advertising: To show you relevant ads and measure ad performance

• App Improvement: To understand how users interact with the App and fix bugs

• Compliance: To comply with legal obligations and platform policies

5. Data Security & Retention

• Downloaded files are stored locally on your device only. We have no access to your saved files.

• ClipGrab does not store, cache, or retain downloaded URLs, media files, or user data on our servers.

• Your Advertising ID can be reset or deleted at any time via: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Reset Advertising ID

ClipGrab requests the following permissions:
