Welcome to Budget Lite ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application Budget Lite ("App") handles your information.

Budget Lite is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do **not** collect, store, transmit, or share:

## Data Storage
All data you enter into Budget Lite, including:
- Expense entries (amounts, categories, notes, dates)

...is stored **exclusively on your device** using local storage (SharedPreferences). This data **never leaves your device** and is **never transmitted** to any server, cloud service, or third party.

## Data Export
Budget Lite offers a CSV export feature that allows you to save your expense data. When you use this feature:
- The CSV file is generated and stored locally on your device
- You control how and where you share this file
- We have no access to exported files

## Third-Party Services
Budget Lite does **not** integrate with or use any third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
- Advertising networks
- Social media integrations
- Cloud storage services
- Crash reporting services

## Children's Privacy
Budget Lite does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Our App is safe for users of all ages as it does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

## Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all your data at any time by:
1. Using the "Clear All Data" option in the App's Settings page
2. Uninstalling the App from your device
Either action will permanently and irreversibly delete all data associated with Budget Lite.

Budget Lite may request the following device permissions:
- **Storage access**: Only used when exporting CSV files to your device. No data is read from your device.
Budget Lite does **not** request permissions for camera, microphone, contacts, location, or any other sensitive device features.
