Bloom Care Manager ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

All data you create within the App — including flower records, care logs, bloom events, customer information, and tasks — is stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to any external server or third party.
No Account Required
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use its features.
No Automatic Data Collection
The App does not automatically collect usage analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, location data, or any other telemetry data.
3. Data Storage
All App data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device. The App does not use cloud storage or sync services. You are solely responsible for maintaining your data through the App's built-in backup feature.
4. Backup Feature
The App provides an optional backup feature that allows you to export your data as a JSON file and share it using your device's sharing options (e.g., email, cloud storage, messaging apps). When you use this feature:
The export is initiated entirely by you.
The exported file is handled by the apps and services you choose to share it with.
We have no access to your exported data.
5. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Security
Since all data is stored locally on your device, security depends on your device's own security settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping regular backups using the App's export feature.
8. Your Rights
Because all data remains on your device, you have full control at all times:
Access: Open the App to view all stored data.
Edit / Delete: Modify or remove any record directly within the App.
Export: Use the backup feature to export your data.
Delete all data: Use the "Clear All Data" option in Settings to permanently remove all App data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
